They should test their Baristas on proper drink construction.I ordered a flat white,a signature drink. Before I even tasted it I told the counter that it was wrong. She was willing to have it redone but i said no and told her what he did wrong and have him check. Next visit I'm sure that it will be made like it should. And they will earn that 5th star
Love it, especially the app. if the drive thru is too long I just go in and get my items. If there's ever anything wrong they fix it immediately without attitude.

I see Emily at the drive thru window several nights each week and she instantly makes me smile. Despite the fact that I always sound like a “dumb old lady”, she always takes the time to ask how I’m doing, and she’s always sweet and personable. She’s also very good at her job!
Understaffed and extremely slow. Management needs to do better! Their employees are experiencing the consequences of management’s poor choices. No wonder they’re understaffed. Smh
Staff or friendly but they never have any food. the drinks are terrible I order a white chocolate mocha and it has no flavor it taste just like water with a little touch of mocha. I don’t understand why they’re still open if they’re not provided with food and they can’t make the drinks the way they’re supposed to taste.
This Starbucks is good... However, their hours are inconsistent. I realize they are understaffed but they either need to pay people overtime or temporarily adjust their hours until they can re-staff so they aren't inconveniencing consumers. This is my last time trying to come here for a while because of this.

Why is this restaurant always closed? Get some better managers that know how to staff employees.No reason why a Starbucks in such a busy area is closed during the weekdays or mornings.Don’t wast your time! I’ve gone plenty of times just to see they are closed! Try a nearby Starbucks, this one probably wont be open anyways!
One of the worst Starbucks ever. Although, they do have good customer service; their mobile order is never available and their lobby is usually always closing rely strictly on the drive thru although their drive thru takes very long to get thru. Seems like management doesn’t really know how to cater to customers without the means of a car or those who just wanna sit and drink their coffee. As someone that was a Starbucks barista for years, very disappointing.
