They always super slow. I like to order on the app ahead of time, but even doing that they are still slow. Today I ordered on my app and once I checked in it took them 20 minutes to bring my food. My whole lunch was pretty much waiting for my food.

This location is always out of everything and always short staffed. The last two times we have gone we have been very disappointed. Both times they were out of Ice Cream. They ran out of kids burger patties,so they cut a big patty in half and stuck it in the small bun. They must have been out of cheese as well because we asked them twice for cheese and when we got home there was no cheese on the burger, not to mention we asked for a grilled cheese and they just gave us another small burger with the other half of the burger patty they cut in half . We ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken meal and we received 4 small pieces of chicken and half a box of Fries. I gave this place a two star because I do enjoy the cold drinks and ice,so if I do go back I will not be ordering food only drinks . The workers also always seem like they are brand new and don't know what they are doing.

I placed an order on my app, went to pick up my order, I parked on a stall because that’s what the app says, again I can’t check in so I press the button, the girl said I need to go trough the drive thru apparently this is how you should you do. When I get to the window, the manager Michael said their ice cream machine it’s not working, that he cancelled my order and I’m going to get my money back 5 to 7 business day, OBVIOUSLY. Now I’m headed to a different location but can’t placed another order because there’s already an order on my app. So I call customer service let them know what’s going on and she’s asking me all these questions to refund my money when I’m not trying to do that. I just wanted that order to be removed in order for me to place a different one, But this person didn’t even help.First, If a location doesn’t have ice cream they should be able to put it on the app for people not to placed an order and having to drive (gas is not cheap)Second, when you the customer service rep what you are calling for, they should try helping you, instead of asking for all the wrong info and waste your time. And just like I told her, it took an hour for nothing to be resolved.Third, if you hear my frustration and hearing me placed another order at least a 20% would of been nice. After wasting my time and my very expensive gas. It’s not about the money or a discount, but the principal. Very disappointed

Usually don't have major issues with sonic but this location...If you aren't ready with my mobile order don't say you are on the way and then never show. There was 1 car total parked with me...how long does it take to make a slush?

Worst sonic ever. Never coming here again. They always forget something and the fries are always a cold greasy mess. They ask for a tip online and they don't ever bring the food out and make you do the drive thru. Most of them are rude and lazy.Also your bags of ice have so much calcium in it , its so salty towards the bottom and so much white calcium flakes. Gross.

When the food is fresh, it's delicious. When it's cold or reheated, it's groas. And you never know which you'll get. Several times their machines were down for Blasts. One time they were out of fries. I love the variety Sonic has just wish this location was a bit more consistent.

Ordered via app -- wouldn't let me check-in once I arrived.Notified at stall via red button that I was there for order, after 3 times of pressing button and asking about status of my order I received my food 15 minutes later.Requested mustard packet - did not get it but instead got 6 packets of ketchup.Order included a corn dog - it was not cooked all of the waySoft pretzel was squashedOrdered natural lemonade - received a soda (which I don't drink).I called the manager's phone # listed on my receipt requesting a refund and return call to discuss my concerns and have heard nothing.

This sonic always says that their ice cream machine is down when its close to closing. So obviously the workers are too lazy to keep doing their job. I actually have to call the Sonic before my boyfriend and I walk there to make sure we can order our favorite drinks and shakes. Kinda sucks but its all good we still go at least twice a week.. BOMB DOT COM!!

Service almost always takes too long. Today it was fast. But the guy wasn't prepared with change, so we had to wait for him to go back inside the restaurant and get us our change. We only ordered a Strawberry lemonade. It was good.
