My girl friend and I ordered at around 10:30 at night. Despite the time of day, the staff were very nice and helpful. The lady that brought our food out was especially helpful. She waited for us to double check for our straws and condiments before she left. It was just a small thing, but the fact that she actually cared enough to be double sure that even the little details were covered was very nice (especially late at night when most people couldnt care less and just want to go home). Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but her hair was blue.
I went at 11 and they close at 12, and they refused to serve ice cream, saying it takes 1.5 hours to clean the machine. If I had employees refusing service to customers and costing me money in my buisness, they wouldn't have a job! This is not the first time this has happened either.So to the owner, your employees are continually refusing service to people and costing you money.
Wish I could give zero stars. I arrived shortly before closing and was refused service. I pressed the button and they waited a few minutes to even acknowledge me then told me they were closed already. When I asked if they were closing early since they should be open still they said yes. Then I simply asked for ice cream, not a full blown food order or anything they proceeded to lie and say their ice cream machine was broken. The worst customer service ever. I just want to make sure the owner or manager is aware of how their employees treat customers.
I think the staff was nice, but unimpressed with the food. Drinks are great, but I probably won't eat from there again.
The hot dogs were absolutely DISGUSTING. I added pictures with flash and without. They were a dark brown color and had a horrible taste I had to spit out the first bite. I bought my dog a corn dog and that one didn't look bad but I didn't end up giving it to her out of disgust. Looks like they left the weenies out in the sun and overnight and cooked them or got them out of the trash by the looks and taste of them. Do better please because at this point the Circle K hot dogs are more fresh.
Busy day big order only a couple of worker inside from what I saw but the parking was full the whole 20 minutes I was there late at night. Order came late but understanding as it was a big order. Drinks were okay but the carhop was very nice and apologized for the wait l, which is understandable.
OK, but lack communication and care/ consideration.Tried to pick up an UberEats order here. Workers looked like they were working hard on the orders, which is better than a lot of other Sonics I have been to where workers are just very slow. They were pretty busy but they seemed on top of things.HOWEVER, not until after I called 3 times and waited about 50 minutes total to pick up an order did they tell me it would be ANOTHER 20-30 minutes for the customer's order because there were about 20 UberEats orders that were made. On the first call, they said they'd bring it out to me. On the second call, which I made around 15-20 minutes later, they told me that they were busy and would bring the order out as soon as they could. That was all. I watched some people sit down, order, enjoy a whole meal, and leave and also several people come in after me and leave before I called the 3rd time. It would've been nice to get some notice upon my arrival that there were many orders ahead of my pickup and a potentially hour-something-long wait instead of just telling me that they would bring it out to me and having me wait 50 minutes, potentially 1 hour and 20 minutes for this customer's order, which is honestly just ridiculous. I don't have to wait that long even for McDonald's, and every McDonald's is SLOW with their drive-thru lines that stretch 10, 12 cars long at times. Knowing that I was there to pick up already, the order should've had priority. No one else had to wait that long and it didn't at all look like that many drivers were coming in and out to pick up. I don't feel like they were being totally honest or integrous because the worker on the third call seemed to have sarcasm and some attitude when I was just checking up for OUR customer, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I just ask that workers please just communicate to the couriers and don't give us a hard time when we're just checking on customers' orders and trying to get orders out. Our customers are first your customers and you should care about the service you give them too.
This Sonic sure has been going downhill recently. First off, it takes like 15 minutes for the employees to answer and take our order. Then it takes like 30 minutes for the order to even be delivered. By the time it does arrive, something is always wrong in the order. To make matters even worse, the employees are quite rude, not really greeting us and just handing us the order without saying a word. I continue to give this Sonic a chance as I've been coming here forever, but now I'm ready to give up coming here for good.Oh, also they haven't been able to make blasts for two weeks now!! What's the problem, Sonic?
Cold tator tots, pricing on menu was incorrect, manager was unwilling to accommodate. The red bull drink taste like, what I assume dirty socks, would taste like ...Two Thumbs Down
Hot mozzarella sticks were ok, chilli hot dog ordered was old and cold.Threw it away. I was also charged for something I didn't order.
