My family wanted to try somewhere new to eat so we chose smash burger ! Hmm where do I start ! 4 burgers 2 frys and 3 orders of Brussel sprouts! ? the burger looked like a hot gooey mess , there was so much Mao it dripped all over .. I was truly excited for the Brussel sprouts but the second I put one in my mouth I was utterly disappointed ? hard as a rock and not much flavor , I tried one more and it was mushy , not crispy like the menu said it would be ! Last but not least is the cost for a few burgers was 90$ YOU would think for that price the food would be evenly cooked and the burgers should even wink at me or something ? ! Guess we will stick with McDonald's next timeDO BETTER !
First time in any Smashburger. Came in with the family for a late dinner. They were slammed and the line was slow. But the service was friendly and I could tell they were short staffed. Food came out quickly, hot and fresh. Milkshakes were amazing! We'll be back.
I placed my order at 1:31 fish sandwich meal with no cheese and the tartar sauce on the side, $14.61 (yes!) . I waited 15 minutes for the sandwich, then I had to wait another 3-4 minutes for the fries, so my sandwich is getting cold. I finally get the fries at 1:53 had a meeting at 2 and planned on eating during the meeting. The sandwich had extra tartar sauce and was very sloppy. I took the food back and Sergio refunded my money for the fries and sandwich but not the drink and offered nothing else.
Haven't eaten there in a while, and I have to say it was very disappointing when we went back. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and there was nobody else in front of us. Nothing came out at the same time, so our burgers got cold while the fries were still cooking. Our fries didn't even come out at the same time. The burgers were way overcooked and dry. They tasted nothing like the burgers of the past, which we used to love.Young kids were working there, and with the exception of one young man who was actually helping new customers and stocking supplies, little else was getting done. The others were drinking soda, on their phones and putting on lip gloss. We won't be going back.
I used to love smash burger, but lately the experience has really turned me off. Two times in the last month (most recent was 3/24/22) I have gone into the restaurant to order food for dine in.Two times now I have been told that if I place an order I will have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to receive that food. Needless to say, Smash Burger had lost my business on those occasions.Last night was the most recent occurrence. It was near 7pm, and there were only three other people in the restaurant. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed!
40 minuet wait due to 20+ online orders?? There were only 4 tables in the restaurant and most already had there food. Why not put one cook on In store orders and another for online orders so people are not walking out due to online orders taking priority. Just seems like you missed out $$ with a simple solution. Store was not understaffed by means tonight.
Ordered some burgers. Paid with a card and left a tip. Waited for 30mins and no food. Talked to the Manager to see how long it was going to take and she told me it's going to be another 30 to 40mins for your food. Politely asked for a refund on my card and she told me it would be much easier to refund it back in cash. But only got part of my payment back. Asked to get my tip portion back and she told me that I don't get that back. Told me I had to call the general or regional manager the next day.
Never again I use to love this place there food use to be good but lately it’s been terrible my crispy chicken sandwich was uncooked and raw so glad I caught it I could have gotten food poisoning, last time I ordered my sandwich didn’t have chicken just the lettuce tomato and bread and I didn’t complain just thought it was a mistake I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but there service sucks as of recently just a bunch of immature young people messing around lately my order is always wrong or cold
The food was decent and a nice spot to get sweet potato fries. They have an employ that likes to make fun of its’ patrons. They were not my first option since there was many other restaurants in the area. I would have rather waited in a long line.
Ordered online, opened my food and my order was incorrect. I had to go back in and “get my food fixed”, they gave me my food back and it was still wrong. I had to pay more for food I didnot even order. The cooks do not care and will make your food however they want.
