Fantastic...no complaints at all! One of the better beef sammiches I've ever had.Simple, consistent, and very tasty.MUCH BETTER than Portillos! (and they're pretty good too!)

My coworkers from Austria go crazy with this place ? apparently it’s very hard (if not impossible) to find deep dish pizza in Austria. Anyways, Rosati’s is definitely one of go to spots, their pizzas are amazing and their customer service it’s even better, we love this place!
honestly i came because i got a welcome free pizza voucher but i will definitely be coming back. the pizza was delicious and so were the wings. i got a half pepperoni and sausage, for the next one i got alfredo with chicken and mushroom.. as you can tell we devoured it lol
Our pizza had a live cockroach inside the cardboard, pizza arrived cold which wasn't an issue since I understand how the driver probably had multiple deliveries. I'm not dumb I know the roach wasn't cooked with the pizza and somehow survived the oven. It must have crawled in the box somehow afterwards.

My husband and I go to Rosati in Football season, its the best place to go all kind of football fans rooting for their teams. They have had new staff the last couple of years, but the customer service is still great. April has been our waitress for awhile and she is great. We like her a lot.
Fantastic customer service (and fantastic pizza). My wife loves her food “hot”. I, of course, didn’t tell the cashier, but waited diligently at the front bench. The cashier, without me asking, went back to “wait” for my pizza so it would be delivered quickly (a second cashier was still up front, so all was efficient). Amazing. And, the pizza was awesome, and also fantastic when heated up later (possibly even better than original — skillet, with a few drops of water (don’t touch the pizza) and covered with a lid to create a ‘steam’). Best way to reheat any pizza. But, I’m betting this would have been great cold….

Our server was very pleasant and on time with new cocktails when we were readyWe had a thin crust pizza and we NOT disappointed, plenty of toppings and it was cooked perfectly
