Before I write my review, I must let people know that I don’t hate children. I am a mother.I love that they don’t allow children in the bar. I can’t stand the screaming or crying. I was impressed that the hostess stopped someone with children in the bar area.Kristen the bartender was awesome! She got our drinks correct and got our food out in a timely manner. I had a bad experience at the Tempe location, but she made up for it. I will be going back and they better not lose her or I will never go back!
Saturday lunch, headed to Red Robin. We ordered the Chili Chili Cheeseburger with garlic fries, Bacon Cheeseburger with regular fries and Classic Cheese Pizza with endless drinks. Service was outstanding too. Everything was delicious, no take home boxes needed at this table!
The food was good. Like Burger King with margaritas. About the same price combos too. The service…ehh. Their one cup of soda in a glass and my margarita…the whole my meal!? When I ask for to go boxes isn’t a time to ask if I need a refill on a drink. Lol. A little too late?
The Madlove burger was awesome. The cheese Fondue was awesome with fries ?.
My friend and I met up to catch a movie at Harkins Theater which is walking distance from this restaurant. I had some garlic fries which were surprisingly good and a hard cider.The Fries were only warm. Service was good.
Always a great time at RR! The best burgers in town! Bottomless fries are a big plus, and there's almost never room for dessert... almost ?
I enjoyed the restaurant itself and the server was wonderful (TJ), but the food was just so so. I ordered a blta on a croissant and the croissant was kind of dry. It actually didn't have any flavor at all and my sweet potato fries were also cold. The dill pickle chips we're fantastic however and we ate all of those.
Service was great. Had their new spicy Scorpion Burger. It was extremely sloppy and messy to eat and had okay heat that was rather underwhelming. Their bottomless fries make this a better experience and gave me options to try. The zucchini fries were amazing very crispy and had great flavor. Aside from the sloppy mess of a burger, Red Robin is a solid hamburger place with good service.
For my first time dining at this establishment this past weekend with my husband, I must say the food was delicious. The portions I received were just enough to fill me up and have a little to bring home to enjoy later.The texture and flavor of the food I ordered, the Guacamole Bacon Burger, was right on. The customer service and professionalism from the staff welcoming us from the time we walked in till we left was very comfortable, warm, and inviting. Thank you! Despite a minor mishap at our table, our waitress was very polite and very professional and resolved the problem of concern promptly apologizing. As a customer, he and I appreciate that!Prices were reasonable and family-oriented, and I loved the decoys hanging on the walls, which was mind-blowing. Def will be dining there again with my family.
Great experience, staff was very nice and helpful. Didn't have to remind them about reordering my bottomless fries they came to ask me several times. Only one problem the ice cream machine wasn't working so I couldn't order a milkshake. But everything else was amazing.
