This Raisin Canes was by far the worst one I've been to. I ordered 4 meals. The chicken for all the meals was very dry, hard and disgusting. The fries were gross too. It seemed like they had our chicken and fries sitting there for a long time and then refried them. We definitely did not finish our meals. My son's kids meal was supposed to come with a sauce and they didn't give us one. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to write one for this eating experience. Very disappointed!
The chicken ? strips are made smaller and the toast also and don't taste the same. For sure will be buying tailgate meals for the price and the down size of food.
These pics were taken at 8:50PM.. Dining room closes at 10PM. The dining room was still full of customers with more steadily walking in.The Cane's team had put chairs on the tables and tilted other tables on the booths preventing customers from eating at those locations. When I asked if I could straighten the table and eat there, they said "No, we're locking the doors in 10 minutes"...Customers were left standing waiting for tables to become available because the Cane's team wouldn't allow them to use the tables that were prepped to close, even though the dining room was over an hour away from closing. You can also see the napkin dispenser and lids holders etc were put on tables while employees cleaned forcing customers to have to maneuver around them. The dining room was over an hour from closure! Very disappointed in this location!
I am writing this immediately after leaving. I have spent over 40 minutes total, about half that in the drive-thru and the other half out front waiting for my order. My order was 1 jug of lemonade and 1 jug of sweet tea. That's it. After seeing people walk in AND walk out with their food, I decided to go in and ask. Apparently a car got stuck in the drive-thru and I was forgotten about. They only had my lemonade poured. Then I get told they have run out of jugs and can't give me the sweet tea I ordered. Finally I was able to get my refund(wasn't offered. I had to ask for it).
I'm working in the area and visit here often. Today I went to grab my lunch and ordered the chicken sandwich combo. Got back to job site and discovered this...now I know people are gonna say "that's why you check your order and blah blah blah." If I'd been given a wrong order I could have been ok it happens. How the hell do you give away an entire box of canes sauce not knowing it!? I went back and kinda had it corrected. Id ordered an extra chicken finger and instead I wound up with toast and sauce??.
It was delicious and the staff were friendly. Get the lemonade for sure, it's fire. And if you can, substitute the cole slaw with another Texas Toast in the box combo. You will be blessed for doing so. I would not recommend raising Cane though. He needs some more time to think about what he did.
First time I've been here and it's amazing I'm really not a chicken eater but these were crispy and delicious and their sauce is amazingArizona Raising Cane's ?
Been waiting for at least 30 minutes for a curbside order. Went in at 20 minutes of waiting and someone said the order was not even put into their system. I’m at 32 minutes altogether and no luck in getting my food yet, the drive thru is kind of empty when typically is packed. If the system hasn’t taken my money I would’ve done drive thru disappointing service.
The Texas toast is the best bread I ever tasted in my 65 years. If I could get a human size loaf of your bread I would devour it in one day. The chicken and the fries they're okay. But to me the bread is phenomenal.
The food that I received was good, but the service wasn't. Ordered a Caniac combo for dinner and was missing 2 chicken strips and the coleslaw, which I didn't see until I was at my hotel. When I asked for my receipt for my business expense report, the cashier rolled her eyes.
