This is a horrible location. I had a very awful experience here with safety issues. Upon having my sub be made, the worker openly sneezed while preparing the order. She didn’t try and cover her mouth and did it over the soups and sub line with other peoples orders . I was extremely disgusted at her lack of decency and health concern for the customers. Especially with Covid and rising health risks, this is unacceptable working around food. I reached out to Potbelly about this experience and received no response, Will not be eating at this establishment again.
This place is horrible, they always mess up my order. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and it had no chicken. The worker didn’t really care. Honestly this location is horrible. Sometimes the sandwich are poorly made. Do better.
Omg disgusting!!!!!! I got a steak and blue cheese i love blue cheese but there blue cheese was disgusting !!! Sandwich was 90% blue cheese every bite tasted like mold !! And there lettuce tasted like chemicals !!! got like 2 bites and was done such a waste of 30 bucks
Loved it . Very important no peanuts at all in resaturate cookies are safe for me to eat.. enjoyed a soup and sandwich . Customer service was great, clean and recommend.
Horrible customer service , the employees just seemed irritated that my wife and I walked in at 6:25 and were rude as we placed our order. While placing our order she told us that the dining area was closed even though there was people in it. We ordered a shake and had to wait for them to complete a online order before they made our shake. They had an attitude the entire time. They even complained about online orders coming in right in front of us.
I've come to this location since they opened many years ago. Never had an issue with food quality. The limited/random hours were quite annoying however it seems to have been rectified and all restaurants are having similar issues these days.As a chef of 8+ years now anyone complaining in the reviews about going in 5 minutes before closing is an a**hole and has clearly never worked in a service job for 8+ hours only to have to stay an extra hour cause one person comes in at the end. No wonder they aren't bowing down while making your food for you, sheesh. Cleaning a kitchen takes at least an hour, people. Even if you "get it to go" you're the problem.
Liked the new 3 choices of size. Menu is a bit cluttered and hard to read for a rush on and out meal. Sandwiches were good, and and excellent change from a hamburger. There was more bread tast than filler. The pizza sandwich should have the word spicy. Any other sandwich that is not normally a bold spicy sandwich should have a clue. The party I was with...has negative effects from spicy food. He should of been forewarned.
It’s sad because I LOVE their chicken salad sandwich and often order it multiple times a week. But everyone else is right the employees are extremely rude and unpleasant. They almost treat you like your annoying them. Now they are only open from 10-4?
Don't waste your time, went here last night at 8pm, was the only customer during my entire 20 min visit (they ran out of chicken salad and had to remake more) only to get home, bite into my sandwich and taste ASH, open my sandwich and there's BURNT bacon on it. You'd think if I've been waiting patiently all that time the LEAST they would do is make sure my food was prepared properly, the additional minute and a half recooking bacon wouldn't have made my visit any worse than it was. Absolutely unacceptableUpdate - I contacted the customer service at the email provided the day this review went public and never heard a word back from them.
This was my 4th time showing up and the store is closed bot this time I came in there was a sign on the door closed at 2pm I was there at 1:50 and not 3 steps in the door i was told there closed and not taking customers. I told them this is my 4th time here dealing with this and they said there short staffed. Well guess what so is everyone else as a store manger this place is has horrible customer service you take customers till you CLOSE. You work the hours even if it means overtime to keep your doors open 10am till 2pm is ridiculous and on normal days your closed at 4pm you won't be in business much longer with thoes hours. I will not be back even know i really liked the food nice job loosing a customer
