Staff was friendly. However, my husband and I both ordered spicy chicken. Four out of five pieces were just regular. The one spicy piece had barely any seasoning and therefore wasn't really spicy either. We would have liked to have been told and given the opportunity to choose if we wanted something else instead.
Recently tried their chicken sandwich & it is amazing! Only thing was I ordered online 2 mins before I got there thinking it would be ready quickly. Took about 15 mins for the order to come out. Would've been better off just ordering takeout as a couple that came in after me ordered at the counter & got their food before I did. :(

The quality of their food is just gone. When they came on the chicken sandwich scene, the portions filled the bun, the chicken was juicy, and they never skimpped on the sauce. Now, everything is opposite. They can't even get the order correct. Repeatedly said no pickles, confirmed it on the screen and, pickles.
Ordered in the drive thru and they asked me to wait in front of the store in my car. 20 mins passed so I decided to go in and see what was up with my nuggets. I finally got my food and skipped to my car excited that I got FRESH FOOD. I got home and was sad that I got some old stale fries, room temperature red beans and rice and more gravy than potatoes. I honestly have no idea why I waited that long.Do better Popeyes.
Not only did I just order a turf & surf for the second time at the same location, but the teenagers hired there neglect to mention there's no fries & mac & cheese and don't tell me neither. Instead I have to find out leaving the store my order is missing 2/3 of what I paid for. I'm out 7-8$ and getting attitudes in return. This is prime example of not having well train employees. This experience taught me if Popeyes mess up, you better hope that the person who made the mistake care about their job or you'll not only rectify your issue about your order but you'll be treated with disgusting mannerisms. One hell of an experience.
Food was cold and order incomplete yet I was charged for everything. One of the chicken sandwiches had 2 hairs in it! I messaged corporate and left feedback but have not heard back from anyone. I get that businesses are short staffed but there's no excuse for this! Sad, because I love Popeye's!
Worse drive thru experience ever!! Order food and then had to pull forward and park and wait for my order. I sat there for 20 minutes while everyone else that went through the drive thru received their order and those that went inside received their orders. Lack of communication among employees and employees playing around instead of doing their job. I will never go back to this place again!!!!! Terrible service!!
Alehanjro was the M.V.P...great service with a smile. I went through the drive thru I had a wait for biscuits. I asked for honey..when alehanjro brought my food he forgot the honey.i said it was ok. I started to pull off he was back bringing the honey..great service..thank you Alehanjro ?
Food and service very good. Clean and comfortable interior and exterior. Would have been a 5 star if the sofa fountain area was clean.
