Tried to order online for pickup, kept getting a message an error occurred. Not the 1st time that's happened, finally gave up and went elsewhere. Got home and saw an email stating what time my pizza would be ready and saw they charged me for it. Called the store to cancel order and was told it was already out for delivery, asked how that's possible as I requested pickup. Finally told I would get a refund. Never got it. Called Corporate, gave them the order number, date, time and locationand they said they would get back to me. Never have. I'll stay away from Pizza Hut until you can get things figured out which is too bad, I probably ordered there once a week, at least when the website worked.
The people are friendly you don't have to wait a long time to get you pizza I really enjoy going there
Placed an order with their foreign, outsourced order takers, and prepaid on the call with my card. A few minutes later I got a call back from the actual location stating that they did not have pan crust due to an equipment malfunction. I called back to check on my order, and they advised me that they did not have an order under my name. After a few minutes of running down the line of names that currently had orders in at the specific location, we discovered that the foreign outsourced order taker put the name "friendship park" as my name, and not the name that was on the debit card that I paid with. "Friendship park" was the delivery location. I was then advised that because I was at a public park, I could not receive delivery service due to safety protocol. So I then drove to pick up my pizza. The lobby is currently closed due to construction, so I had to call from outside and wait for somebody to come out of the locked door with the pizza. I asked for pepper packets, but they no longer have them, and offered to sell me a pepper shaker for under two dollars. Terrible experience
I ordered lemon pepper chicken and quepapas. When my order arrived after the driver was lost for more than 10 mins. My food was cold and the chicken was old dry and not what I ordered. To top it off I received cheese sticks instead of my quepapas. I called the store but, to my lovely surprise they were already closed! ?
0 stars for your delivery/contact center!I’m giving five stars ONLY because the manager of the store is a real awesome person! We had an issue with getting our order through online and the person that was delivering the order took off with our food, and when we tried to contact the store it kept transferring us to their call center and when we tried calling the store it would automatically hang up on us…look the people at this location where really sweet. I didn’t catch their names. But I hope that they have a great night! I hope this reaches them! We will be going through the store for now on..
Ordered online. Received a text that our pizzas were being delivered by door dash, immediately opened the door, there was no driver insight. Pizzas were sitting outside on the ground by the front door, barely warm, the drive never rung the door bell, even though we did tip online and last but defiantly not least, the boxes did not have the tamper proof safety stickers. This is unacceptable and we will not be ordering again.
Ordered 2 pizzas and received 1. Tried to call and call but store never answered. Called rep several times and they just connected me to the store that never answers the phone. I couldn't feed my family. I will never order from pizza hut again until this is resolved. Tried to put my complaint online to customer service but couldn't get the site to accept store location so it wouldn't go thru. The whole experience was ridiculous. I spent an hour and a half trying to reach someone who cared to help with no response. We were good customers.
My pizza was never delivered. I made MULTIPLE calls to the store only for it to ring and ring and then disconnect me! I even tried the 'place a new order' option and the rep who answered sounded like she was in a call center in another country. She attempted to connect me to the store and still, no answer. And you took my money!!! I will never order from you again.
The last order I got was completely un-edible. I ordered the big dinner box and both pizzas were undercooked, almost all crust, and one of the pizzas were missing its sauce. The cheese sticks had almost no cheese and the wings only has sauce on two of them. I normally never have an issue with pizza hut pizza and go to them because they have better quality, but this time I had to throw out the whole box which was such a waste of food.
The pizza was ready when they said and the online ordering was easy. The pizza was nice and hot
