Given the wrong order. Waited over 2 hours for the food. Whenever i called to complain, manager said he would give my account credit, called tonight and nothing on my account. Their quality control is poor and their management’s word is worthless. Advise ordering from a different chain.
Every time we order from this location something is wrong. Every time! We will just do carry out from another store next time.
The driver left my order, on the ground, outside my door. He did NOT knock or ring the bell, he dumped then bailed. All the sodas were flat and thrown away. Order was NOT a contactless order.
So I'm posting this on behalf of my mother who ordered food last night and they delivered it to the wrong apartment and couldn't get a hold of them after trying to contact them via phone all day long and when she did get through once they just gave her the number to corporate and hung up on her. Corporate didn't answer either. After reading some of these reviews it's clear other people are having similar issues and maybe pizza hut should go in and clean house or get all new management because that's no way to run a business.
Is this is a joke? I just got my pizza like that and if you call the store no one answer the phone ? on the dysart and van buren location and if you call to order a new one they transfer you to a hot line that no one answer.
I placed my order through the app. Got notice out for delivery. It's already 1 1/2 hrs and still have not received it. Also called the store number several times. Only rings for 90 seconds and then hangs up. Not able to speak to any one. And do not think there tracker is working. I will never order from here again.
Pizza last night was so so. Not the best one I've had from them but we needed a quick bite and it was ok. We usually order from the other Avondale location instead of this one.
I ordered two orders of cinnamon rolls they had no icing I called and asked for them to be re madewhen I get there the lady had a attitude and literally just wanted to pour icing from some little packet they had and give me them cold this store is so unprofessional and every single worker in there just plays around she was mad at me because they messed up my order they need to act more professional I literally waited 20 min for a re make when i called them a head of time this girl needs fired the one with the Puffer jacket she even cussed at me during this process
Doesnt answer there phone it rings and hangs up. I tried to call and cancel order/warn their drivers on the way to store there was a literal gun fight going on and nobody answered the phone so now im out of luck for my order just going to move over to other pizza chains ?
I bought the cinnamon rolls and they did not put the icing on them. The pizza crust was okay, but is usually better. The wings were excellent.
