Hello again everyone, Peter Piper Pizza has been a staple in my diet since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Do you remember the commercial that stated, "Come on over to Peter Piper Pizza!" Mmmn , it is a great pizza at a good price point that will not break the bank. They also have a good arcade and game spot for kids and adults alike. If you have a birthday coming up call ahead so they can set you up a birthday bash to remember fondly. Go bodily and eat heartily!!!

My son and I were disappointed with the amount of points we received and feel they took advantage. Especially after one machine didn't give us the points we won and once we complained they said they couldn't do anything about it. Which is odd because other PPP will refund you the points played or credit you what you would have won. I played a whole hour and we only walked away with approx. 600 points. Other places we play for a half hour and we walk away with around 700 or more. Pizza was decent which is why I feel they deserve the one star ?. But if you come for play go somewhere else.

I wish that I could have left a zero I would have. Poor customer service. I had to ask 3 times for my dessert. The kids were playing games with prizes that were not stocked. How do they expect people to pay for playing cards when the kids can’t even enjoy it. Not to mention the places was nasty they don’t even have their workers out here cleaning up the tables or nothing. There are places that are busier then this and they still manage to keep there building clean and table always wiped. I will never come to this PPP again!!!

I am highly disappointed after spending $500 and being rudely asked to move my table based on an outright lie of the 18 year old manager. My family and I had been at out table since 5pm and our grandkids were playing games when we were told at 6:54 pm that those tables were reserved. Then the little girl proceeded to argue with us in front of the kids saying there was a sign in the table since before we sat down. I am d*** founded! She literally placed the sign on the table while we were sitting there and lied to our faces, telling us to move tables! Seriously? This is what happens when kids are running the establishment. I will never again come to this location of spend my money at any Peter Piper Pizza. I will forever more be a Chuck E. Cheese Fan! Do lot waste your money on poor poor customer service. Your kids may have fun because it is tan by nothing but kids. Seriously this is what America is coming to? The customer was not right and she could have cared less about putting us out! Unreal.

I would have gave no stars but I had to so that way I can continue this review. My family had spent over 500 dollars today in this Peter piper pizza and we had been here for 2 hours and the lady came to us and told us that we had to move because the table was reserved however they were not on the table she proceeded to argue in front of my kids with my mom that they were there sense the morning but they clearly weren’t as we had other people on that side sitting next to us with no sign there what so ever . The lil 18 year old manager has no sense at all on how to even be a manager. Customer service is a big thing that should come first when you work in this environment but she had non what’s so ever. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place at all!!!!!!!!!

Was ok. There was a school there when we came and the kids were distractive. Climbing on machines and breaking them. Messing with people while they were playing games. Screaming and banging on everything. Pushing and fighting. No one was correcting them or watching them. Other then that, was clean and staff was very nice.

fun place manager and staff were really professional and place looked clean

I’ve never had any issues going to Peter piper let alone this location. Today by far was the worst experience. I ordered a large werx and a small order of wings. The lady at the register told me upon grabbing my online order that she was going to have to refund my wings (which I only got the the subtotal back not the taxes that they charged me) because “they were out” I then asked politely if I may get some sort of a coupon or discount for next visit. She then gave me attitude saying that they were low staffed because they had multiple people call out. I then asked so that’s why you guys didn’t make my wings and she reply yes. I didn’t know when being low staffed was a reason why Peter piper couldn’t make certain things on the menu. I left upset and confused.

@peterpiperpizza if you do not serve wings please just say so …. Yal had a “Wing shortage” since corona virus started ! ??? Gtfo ?

My husband walked in to order a pizza at 9:45 PM And was told we are close we are no longer taking orders which clearly it states that they close at 10. So I have then proceed to call the store and ask to speak to the manager. SIERRA got on the phone and said we are no longer taking orders I’ told her that I have placed a ordered at this time before and they’ve took in my order. She then proceeded with telling me the cashiers needed to be out at 10 o’clock so they cannot take my order. I then told her I would call her manager in the morning. she said you go ahead and do that and just hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that. When the manager acts that way I can only imagine the employees. SIERRA REALLY NEEDS TO GET RETRAINED ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILSS AND HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR PPP
