Their food was very greasy and usually its pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Every time I attempt to get food from this panda they never have any of the items. There ability to keep food cooking and available is trash. Would not recommend this place.
We went at a slack time but the service was quick, the food was hot, and good sized portions. Fair for what you pay. I have nothing bad to say.
Hot food, quick, friendly service, clean building. You get what you expect from Panda. It was nice, all the food was cooked and in stock, no one saying, "sorry, we don't have that." What a refreshing change.
Still one of the best values out there in fast food. Two of us always eat for less than 12 bucks. Thia location has great staff and is generous with the portions
Used to be our go to since we moved in the area but after two bad experiences I will be looking g elsewhere. They need to teach better customer service to the staff for one, as well as how to count cash. I would like to believe it wasn't intentional but the first bad experience my husband gave them $40, we counted it twice. The girl at drive thru says we are two dollars short. She had already taken the cash so we couldn't prove if this claim was true. Second time the guys reads the order three times and we make sure he got our 3 sides of honey walnut shrimp. We get home and it's orange chicken sides, only one walnut shrimp which isnt even full. Even though THREE times he said yes it honey shrimp.
This used to be my favorite place me and my family these past few months there portions have gotten so small literally get 4 peices of chicken I ordered beef an broccoli for my daughter all she got was 2 peice of meat in it we waste alot of money here my family is big so when I not enough to get full off of I still have to buy something else were so I won't be going to that panda anymore I know they go off portions but that's not right at all my son even thought someone picked out of his plate from it being so small smh. So disappointing ?
Food is good used to love buying from here but its been three times now where i have left the drive thru without my full order.?
We used to love Panda Express when we ate at the Beverly Center.... moving out to Riverside I soon gave up on the local Panda. You would think the same chain, the same taste, the same experience... Nope... One of the 2 entrees was barely present on my plate, the other entree came with a sauce that tasted like pure vinegar. But - thank God we have 2 more Chinese outlets in this area.
I literally have to beg for more meat. I love the beef and broccoli and when I order I get three pieces of meat and the rest broccoli and rice. This has happened on numerous occasions and it needs to be improved.
