This is one of the best places to have any family celebration great food and great prices and outstanding stuff service

Called to order for pick up asked if there were any lunch specials rep was very rude and arogant did not specify any specials on the lunch menue literally the worst customer service over the phone very disappointed because I love this place an have for years won't be coming anymore if this is the type of character service that's acceptable by the company!!
This New York pizza is so delicious. I recommend that sometimes I come to nypd pizza and to get some pizza.
Tried this restaurant for the first time today and it was OUTSTANDING! The restaurant itself is clean, organized and has a matching staff. Employees were friendly and seemed to really care about our experience. Our pick up order was hot and ready to go when we arrived. Prior to our visit I made a phone call and asked several questions. The girl who took my call was gracious and patient with all of my questions, and had a great knowledge of the NYPD menu and prices. When we got home we were pleasantly surprised with a fresh delicious pizza made to our exact specifications. AND wings that were cooked properly and dressed with just the right amount of delicious sauce! Food tasted fresh and it was obvious that high quality ingredients are used here. So happy to finally have given this place a try- we will be regular customers here! Thank you for a great meal today.
We have been going to this NYPD location for well over a decade, since they opened their doors. We have not only been regulars, but also have always gone here for family birthdays and holidays- including extended family. Unfortunately their customer service has gone way down hill since there has been some management changes over the past few months and the food has been sub par. I like that this place is locally owned. They offer great salads and pizza. They have other food but I love their pizza so much I have tried little else. This is also a fun place for kids since they will give them pizza dough to play with.
It was good til it wasnt. Seated quickly. Only a few people inside. Ordered garlic knots, an 8 inch pizza, and a salad. Knots came quickly. Then it went downhill. After they picked up our plates from the garlic knots, we were ignored. No refills, no questions. 30 minutes later, our food finally showed, at which point we just asked for it to go. It then took them 10 minutes to run my card.
