This used to be my favorite place to get yogurt and the place is falling apart. There is always machines out of order. Today there was only 7 out of 14 machines working. The containers for toppings are all broken and missing spoons. The syrup machines work half of the time as well. The place is a mess. They need management to get it together.
The combo swirls for 2 different selections didn't work. The strawberry was liquid. The tart flavor had no tartness.
Pulled up to this place , should of known it would be something by the fact they only had on table outside for sitting . Go into the place it’s disgusting, hardly any of the machines work, my kids tried to get some frozen yogurt and it looked like dirty water came out, I just threw the cups away and walked out . They never have to worry about us going back ever again and that was our first time there !!!
So I’m here at 8:15pm with my son we walk in and the guy Inside said no more toppings only yogurt because we’re closing soon but is not even close to closing time I will never come back to this store?
Very little variety. Either the machine didn’t work or there was a sign “new flavor coming soon.” No napkins available. Tables and floor were dirty. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. We used to love coming here.
I picked what size I wanted and went to pick my flavor and it came out melted. I was not able yo pick the toppings I wanted because there were no scoops available also was not able to pick a sauce due to the fact that the jugs were empty. I still had to pay for plain melted yogurt that cost me $8
The place did not have as many flavors or toppings as normal. Clerk had her boyfriend hanging out with her. Topping bar was half empty and dried out. You could tell the staff did not care. Product was tasty as usual, however the establishment could use some better more attentive staff.
bad customer service. things were messy, toppings werent refilled and the worker was too busy talking to her boyfriend to do her job. go to yogurtini instead theyre actually on top of everything
Very great service and staff. Totally great flavors and toppings. Totally coming here again!
