The pricing for a dozen original glaze is out of control, almost 20 bucks! This site has had some problems. Doughnuts never seem to be fresh, gotten completely cold ones like out of the fridge cold. Not worth the continuing rising price. Go to BoSa Doughnuts.
Would be a 1 star but I gave a 3 because all three times I went the employees have been friendly. I wont visit here again though because it didn’t matter what time I went they never had any filled donuts, in fact I think they only had glazed, sprinkled (straw and choc) and custard filled. This last time I went through at 5:40am just after they open and the sign was badly damaged and missing items, when I drove up it looked really dirty inside and even though the attended at the window was friendly, I thought to myself how have they lasted this long. Highly disappointed in this store won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone.
Stopped by after-hours to see if they really toss donuts in the trash...Sure do and they were delicious.
I was broke and living on the streets. I walked into this place and ordered a doughnut or two? I don’t remember but the young woman behind the counter. Gave me the biggest smile . And said don’t worry about it your good. When I had lost all hope that smile and doughnut meant everything to me. Thank you
I placed an order @8:20 am to be ready for pickup @ 9:00am. I arrive at 9 and my order isn’t ready…they also have not even looked at my order. Five minutes go by and that’s when I’m told they are making part of my order but it will be another 20 min and if I didn’t want to wait they could just refund me or I could come back later.Absolutely will never go back, and considering this was my first experience I will recommend to all that I know never to go here either.
Just went thru the drive thru. We pulled up to the window and we wanted to make sure we heard the guy right about our order and he reached his head out the window and spoke slow and loud as if we were stupid because he didn’t know how to communicate properly and continued to give us attitude. Not to mention he sounded high as a kite as it was. Receipt shows his name is Kenya. He is a heavy set man.
We’ve been multiple times and they are definitely under-filling their “filled” doughnuts. Worst KK I’ve been to.11/16/21 Edit: we recently tried them again (2 months after first review) and the doughnut were finally filled correctly. Will continue to update and increase stars as quality stays consistent.
Asked for hot and fresh. Received my doughnuts and they were cold, so the guy says they were made today. If you didn’t have what I asked for it’s better just to say that.
Waited IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE 8 deep for the Halloween donuts I ordered ( and paid for $34) ONLINE. They WILL not open the door for pick up. Do not go to DYSART Krispy Kreme if you can't wait 30+ minutes for your online order!!!
