Just went to this location and waited in the drive thru, only to be told that Kentucky Fried Chicken was ALL OUT OF CHICKEN, with the exception of popcorn chicken, due to being out of stock. Probably shouldn't open your doors for business if you cannot keep 99% of your menu and the items that your entire business is named after in stock.

Man I waited 15min for a failure bowl and jack Harlow meal. To come find out only Pepsi is available and fruit punch. Also no Mac n cheese with my meal so I asked for etc fried and got half a box and my chicken is super dried never again

Might as well have served me garbage. The food was unacceptable and when I came back thru the drive thru to let them know and request a refund they refused to give me my receipt, a refund, the "manager" was a rude unprofessional uneducated 18 yr old named "Elizabeth" but refused to provide a last name if they were even actually the manager. I then called corporate and corporate was 0 help and could not even guarantee my refund or acknowledged my complaints. All in all this is maybe the worst fast food experience of my life and it costs me 10$ I'll never get back

This place was terrible. I went there for my lunch break and it was empty, no one in the drive-thru. I ordered a 2 picked combo. They were out of literally everything!!! I had to get extra crispy which normally I would be ok with but their extra crispy means burnt chicken. I wanted fruit punch for my drink and they were out, I had to get a cookie instead of a biscuit because again they were out, they didn’t have any hot sauce and most of the sides were out as well. My only options for a side were mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and coleslaw. I will never go to this place again!

Horrible service. Ordered online and when I get there they have no mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. Told me I could cancel on the app(lie). The store does not do cash refunds only store credit. Ask to sub my famous bowl for tenders. 10 mins later they said they had no tenders. 5 other customers still waiting after I did (45 mins). While in there the manager was asked for and he sent the cashier to inform us he's "too busy". Hopefully the guy who ordered two famous bowls in the drive thru, waited 20 mins to be informed no mashed potatoes, writes a review as well. The manager should be demoted to fry cook. I worked fast food for 2 yrs. This is by far the worst service I've seen. Morale of the story don't choose N 8th St KFC. To add to this they gave me the wrong side

It was a great choice! My husband was scared because of the reviews but I told him some were done during or around the big pandemic time when things were crazy. The more recent might be staffing problems but can't say for sure. But we got in and there was no line, we were served and I guess the lady didn't hit the root beer drink for us and it wasn't added on the receipt but I heard her say it. But we had a coupon and got a nice family meal that was, as the bag says " finger licking good!" Having leftovers now even and my husband has some for tomorrow for work.

I visited here April 12, 2022. I was asked to park and wait for my order. I waisted over an hour for my order just to be told they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. I asked for a refund and was told no I can only get something of equal or lesser value. I explained I order for a family member on the way to there place and they was supposed to reimburse me once I gave them their food and they don’t want anything else. I was told no very rudely by the manager on shift. I asked for a customer service number and was given a fake number and a false name by the manager. I found the real KFC customer service number. I they file a claim and was told they would have another manager call me about refunding me my money back. I called multiple times still no response. The last agent I spoke with told me all he can do is keep putting in tickets for some to call me back. I’m greatly disappointed in the service I received here and never will return to another KFC. It saddens me that no one from the bottom or top of this company gave me proper customer. If I could give them a zero star I would but that’s not a option.

Ordered a 12 piece crispy meal, they did not have biscuits so they said it would be 16 minutes. I waited for the biscuits to be ready and they managed to missed my chicken tender meal. Didn't notice it until I got home since the bag was pretty bigand the chicken was regular recipe. They offered a cookie for the inconvenience, that doesn't even cover the cost of gas to make a second trip. Other customers complaining that they didn't get the correct order. Steer clear of this place, I will drive the extra distance for people who can do their job correctly.

I am done with KFC forever. I gave my order and they left out four pieces of chicken and they screwed up the sodas. So I am out at least $10.00 with nothing to show for it. This isn’t the first time and it happens with most of the locations. I called and they didn’t try to make it up. Goodbye.

This location on Dysart is all around pathetic. I don’t know why we continue giving this location the benefit of the doubt. As we are waiting there was a guy eating and proceeds to handle other to go orders. I should have just asked for a refund at that point. The girl didn’t give me my receipt. Had us waiting in the front because they were running behind. Started to go forward the realized she didn’t give me my other drink. Reverse tell her and she took forever to check to see if we really did purchase one. She gives it to me and I go wait which there were 4 other cars waiting. We ended up getting our food last even a car that had just parked got their food before us. Waited about 15 minutes. Get home. They didn’t give me gravy for the mashed potatoes and gave me only 2 piece chicken when I ordered a big box meal which comes with 3 pieces. Horrible. Do Not Go To This Location. Not Worth Your Money. This is my third time coming to this location and all three of the visits have been a mess.
