We order a raspberry tea with mango boba, a vanilla caramel coffee with coffee boba and raspberry coconut with milk tea. It was good. Small inside. Variety of flavors and boba.
Love coming here, possibly the best boba place in the state. I'm very picky about the tapioca balls but they always taste good here! If you're trying boba for the first time this is definitely the place to go and to keep coming to! ?
Can't say hated it without trying it, but didn't even got the chance to order. Was order to wear a mask, which I did and then it was just condensending attitude that I just said forget it. No Boba is worth being treated like I did.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The smell inside was unpleasant, like sewage and a strong scent of cleaner to try and mask it. No one washed their hands or wore gloves to prepare anything. I ordered a regular tea with mochi and saw one of the employees scoop the mochi out of a large jar with a short ladle, without gloves on. She proceeded to grab a piece of the mochi off the ladle and eat it in front of me like it was completely normal. Then she handed the ladle to the other employee with my cup of tea, and he dumped the mochi into my drink that his coworker just sampled from. When we called them out on their unsanitary behavior they told us we were wrong and that it didn't happen even though we saw it clear as day. I asked them to remake my drink and instead of actually remaking it they just poured the tea into a new cup and just left the mochi out.... DO NOT COME HERE.
Website shows they close at 8 pm. Arrived and walked in at 7:44 pm and they claimed we needed a face mask. I walked back to my car to grab one and within 2 minutes (at 7:46 pm), they decided to lock the doors. So annoyed with their lack of customer service. In addition, it doesn’t say that a face mask is “required” but rather requested so why decline service to those who walk in without one. If you want people to wear masks, make it clearer. Should I want a boba in the future, I will not patronize this place who basically makes it clear they do not care about your business.
I love JT Boba Avondale! Always has great customer service and the best drinks! I got my free birthday drink today too and it was awesome! I come from about 15 miles away just to get my boba! Highly recommend!
It took awhile to get over the really strong smell, but once you're past that it's just getting past the owner's attitude. I was there make a run for work, never been here before, and boy was she NOT happy that it was my first time. Insane attitude and the other lady working there looked like she would rather be anywhere else.The drinks were absolutely incredible, I personally got the milk tea. It was good and the boba was yummy. But...I'd rather go somewhere else where they were just a tiny bit more friendly than get another drink here.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Literally no one seems happy to be there. Yikes… the Boba was good though and they have so many options! If it weren’t for that, this would be a one star rating.

I went in 12/28/21 bought two drinks, the girl at night looked like she didn’t want to be there, I noticed as I walked in she was sitting in a back table on her phone with another employee, very poor customer service as I come from retail as a store manager I know what is expected. Please train your team right, she also failed to mention the debit fee for using my card ??♀️ I will not be coming back, very unprofessional. I gave it one star since I can’t give it zero stars.
