Ordered a sandwich and it took 40+ minutes to arrive despite location being 2 miles away; the main reason to order JJ’s is quick food but after seeing how long this location takes, no need to return. Freaky fast was a solid slogan, but it appears it’s time for the franchise to retire it.
This jimmy johns location should close down at this rate. A couple weeks ago I ordered online, they called and said they did not have a driver. So I tried to order from the next nearest location 3 miles away and they weren’t allowed to deliver to my location. Today, I tried to order for pickup from the avondale location. On the app it said they weren’t taking online orders but it said they’re open. The phone just rang out after multiple attempts. I went to the store and it’s closed today. I know not getting a jimmy johns sandwich isn’t the end of the world. This just isn’t the way a business should be run.
Is this location closed????? I went in yesterday at around 5pm and it was closed. I been calling today for an hour and no one anwsers. My wife went in on thursday for two subs and the bread was rock hard so we called and they told to go in the next day(friday) for two new subs and the location has been closed???????
I don't know what's going on at this location but arrived around noon today to find out the store was closed. UPS driver said they have been closed for about a week now. Reviews don't look good so I'll just avoid this location.
Everytime I order from here for lunch it has the most ridiculous wait time. Always minimum an hour. And I am located less than 2 miles from the store. Today I tried ordering after 40 minutes I received a phone call saying it was still going to be an hour and 25 plus minutes before my order would arrive. No thanks.. I give up with this location.
Every time I order for delivery it has taken over a hour to be delivered. Today was no exception ordered received 1157 a.m. it is now 121 p.m. still have yet got my food. Always the same excuse they're short-handed. Delivery guy's busy.
Not great but better than some. Not a fan of bread subs but that just me. Quality is good & service fairly quick .
Not really sure how these kinds of sandwhichs are 40 dollars. Both meals I got were very lacking in this way each bite felt like I was just eating bread with a small reward in the middle. I will not be getting food from here again. Subway has my buisness now.
I only gave 2 stars..my fault I did not pay attention to the price increase..$51 for the gigantic turkey tom, the gigantic club with bacon & cheese. 2 bags of chips and 2 full pickles. I couldn't believe it...the staff was very nice and said their prices did go up..maybe I just haven't payed that much attention lately but really...Subway here we come!
Sad to say lots of liesCalled 40 min after placed order and asked about my order was told it was out for delivery called another 30 min later find out where driver was told it just left the place 5min ago 15 min later then my app said that my order was delivered I immediately called back female person told me that someone called and changed the address I ask for a manager none available then my$ 48 purchase can be refunded 5 working days later into my accountVery disappointed
