Their subs are really good for a chain, lots of meat on them & rolls are super fresh. Best sub they have is their Philly steak, u can also get a chicken Philly.
If I could do zero stars I would !!!!! Called three times , finally answered with hello , instead of Jersey Mike’s , had to ask if I even had jersey mikes , was rude and short on phone said they couldn’t take phone orders !!! So I drive twenty mins there , only customer ! Made me wait ten mins while they were doing whatever , then they clean the grille, 740 at night !!!!!! Take my order , I order a Philly , and he literally tells me no that they just cleaned the grille, so my comment was well if you had taken my order when I arrived (15mins ) later , I would of made your time frame !!!they close at 9 , why would you shut down the grille before 9 ? 830 is understandable ! Seriously ! Worst service I ever had and the guys working obviously don’t care at all ! Terrible , the guys working tonight give that shop a real bad image , don’t hire people like that ! Your whole purpose is to cater to customers with your service not drive them away !!!
Less meat than usual I know it's always sliced thin but come on .about half as much as I used to get for my 17$ sandwich staff was polite mostly except for non caring additude by the manager but nothing new he is always the same but I can get past that but if your trying to cut food cost that much something is wrong .also bathroom doesn't lock to put the trash can in front of door also no paper towels to dry hands seriously the staff is not that busy
This location always has poor service. Sandwiches are never made right. Even if you place an online order & give them extra time you still won’t get your sandwiches within a reasonable time. I suggest going to the dysart location or laveen!
I give a 3 because the food was good and the facility was clean. But the two gentleman behind the counter were so unfriendly. They looked like they hated their job
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!! We walked in at 4:35 pm. There was one guy in front of us who ordered one sandwich. It took them 25 minutes to make three regular sandwiches! The staff move at a snails pace and have zero customer service skills. They obviously hate their jobs. They never gave me my receipt.TERRIBLE LOCATION.p
awful, dont go there, save your.money. I was there today and ordered a sub in a tub, all they did was throw my sandwich in a bowl. they didn't put it on lettuce or add any tomatoes as we request. it was way to salty without veggies or the bun. Don't waste your money, go to Portillos way better food and they have a drive thru. So skimpy, without the bread or veggies I'm still hungry.
I visited this establishment this evening with my grandsons who are 5 and 10 years old. I wanted to treat them after a visit to the MVP Kids clinic. We had never been before so we didn’t know what to expect except that it mimicked Subways. I ordered mini sub a regular sub and a mikes Philly and 2 bags of chips. The young man who took my order was very personable and after he took my order he asked me to proceed to the cash register to pay even though there were two women ahead of us. I stood at the register for 4 minutes before the young man who was fiddling around in front of me decided to allow me to pay for my order. Once I paid I thought all I had to do was wait until my order was completed. But, there was yet another young man screaming my name so I went to see if he was finished but he wanted to see what I wanted on my sandwich I asked if I could have lettuce and tomato and olives. He slamming my food down on the counter as if someone has made him upset. He begins to assemble the sandwich with no condiments whatsoever so I asked if he could put mayonnaise on it and the way he handled it was making me uncomfortable. I asked him if he could do the regular sub the same as the mini. He complied with my wishes but not before treating that sandwich the same as he did the mini but this time he let me know he wasn’t happy by throwing my sandwich at me. I hope to god that your establishment has a video camera. I was quick enough to think to record all of them being so disrespectful to a customer.
Ok WHAT is going on at this Jersey Mikes!!? I'll remove or change my bad revreview for ANY plausible explanation. 2 for 2 Uber eats orders were very wrong. My last one didn't even contain Beef OR Provolone. The previous Applewood Smoked bacon club had NO bacon. Hint, its in the name. The few correct sandwiches were extremely good. So 2 stars instead of 1. Its ok if someone can't read there, we can use pictures. If you want to work high, fine. Just stop long enough to make some sandwiches. I mean I know everyone has just stopped trying at their jobs lately and the rest just quit. But seriously , its just a sandwich, its not that hard,, id be happy to come in and make my own. And id still pay you!
We just grabbed a late lunch at the Avondale location. The two young adults working behind the counter were more interested flirting with each other and joking around instead of practicing good customer service. The female worker kept dropping the F-bomb. Several tables needed cleaned and the ladies restroom needed some attention. I will admit our subs were great! However, next time we will be visiting the location on Dysart instead of this one on 107th.
