I have to agree with another customer. It's annoying to go to a 24 hour place and be told it's not open yet. I popped in on a Sunday at 5:50 a.m. The giggly girls said sorry and that it would be open in about 20 minutes. Super frustrating when one works a 10.5 hour 3rd shift, picks "24 hour Jack" just to be told they are not serving yet. #hangry
I drove up to the drive-thru and seen a sign where you order that you only could get food through doordash or some other way, but they weren't taking any orders through the drive-thru. This really aggravated me that I couldn't buy food at the store, because they're under staff, which is not good. But they were making food for the orders but they weren't making food for the people who are going through the drive-thru. Doesn't make sense. I had to wait through the drive-thru after all this. Definitely not good business. I'm really really upset!!!!
Drive through was a little bit of a wait but I was able to get my Oreo shake. Well worth the wait.
Came here after bad experience at the jack down street, and they were very sweet and got our food out in a timely manner
This is like the only jack in the box that can make my order correctly love it idk what’s so hard about extras sauce but non of the other jack in the box can accomplish this task
Just a quick lunch. Food was good.
Was delicious the food was hot and there was a lot of cars in line but the wait was quick. Got loaded fries (loved them) homestyle chicken sand bread was excellent and teriyaki bowl (10)
This restaurant has been very clean and the employees have always been very customer service orientated. Great food no matter what you order.
I can't sand a place that says it's 24 hours and is not a 24 store take the signs off your windows it's a lie. I can never get service for 3:30am to 5:15am all you get is we are not taking orders then take the 24 hour sign out of the windows..... poor management!!!!!!
Came to Jack In The Box at 3:40 a.m. to get something to eat and they said their not taking orders right now
