There's something about this young manager. ( Macaire ) is his name . He is very polite and welcoming on the drive thru, gets my order right and always makes sure to put a smile on my face. keep up the good work young man .

Just spent $49.93 only for my food to be COLD and partially incorrect. Yes, it’s my responsibility to check my food before driving off, I know! Drink tasted like sugared medicine. The only thing enjoy out of the whole meal was the buttermilk packets. By far the WORST location in avondale.
Walked into dining area since drive thru was long. Waited for an employee to help me( they saw me) waited 7 mins and then one employee said"oh sorry dining area is closed" WTH I was standing there and none told me anything that whole time. Plus people were still coming in. Also everytime we come at night they only take cash. I will never come back to this location.
ordered breakfast thru doordash, never received the order as the dasher delivered to the wrong address. doordash replaced the order for us and jack in the box decided that since they had already made the order to cancel it without warning. tried to reorder again, and yet again jack in the box decided that they knew better and canceled to order without warning. if there was a way to give them 0 stars I would.
Went on 5/4/22 at 10:50ish, didn't leave the drive thru until 11:07, BUT the lady who was taking orders was hustling around. I don't know if she had help preparing the food, but she really did amazing considering how understaffed this location is at night. She had a great attitude despite the long line of cars waiting. Food was great too! We got a few Munchie Meals and the burgers were enormous and well put together. The individual(s) working tonight deserve more than 5 stars.
I just want to take the time to appreciate the hard work by one of the managers I noticed yesterday. It was super busy and this guy was very composed and hard at work. So many orders were coming in, including mine and he had his staff working hard and flowing. I believe his name was Macaire. He was very polite as he was dealing with several impatient customers. This guy deserves recognition!!!
No greeting, loudly said no cards you got cash? Twice.the coke was terrible, I paid for curly fries got regular ones. The burger itself was good though. I didn't go back because I was on my way to work. Just bad over all.
I have a large family, many children adopted out of foster care. I tried to get the buy a large drink get a free Jumbo Jack Diamondbacks deal for 8 of them at the drive-thru today. They took my large, special order (not without some difficulty) but ultimately told me to pull forward to the window. At the window, manager tells me can only do 2 at a time. I asked why wasn't I told that when ordering so I didn't waste the folks behind me's time and would have just gone back 3 more times. Manager said because she was in the bathroom. I asked if it could be fixed if I came inside and she said yes, so I parked and went in. Inside she rings me up for 1 drink, 2 burgers and only removes 1 burger. I said all 8 burgers should be free since I ordered 8 drinks. She said that's not how the deal works and I could still only get 2. I disagreed. They called their manager. I said let me talk to him because, if not now, I definitely would later. Suddenly, I'm told I will be given it "just to get it over with". She couldn't simply correct the first overring without completely refunding the whole ticket and was going to give me back over $9 when I was only due $6. Needless to say, I refused the overage that was not mine. In addition, after all ofvtge grief, when finally sat down to eat at home, half the burgers were not served as special ordered and all were well overcooked and bone dry. Worst JitB experience ever, bar-none.
This location usually has long wait times when it's late at night! Hardly, they have anyone working! Food is fine. But when you order in Doordash from this location, expect something to be missing! Every single time when I ordered a combo meal with some extra tacos, they always missed the tacos! After multiple occasions of this happening, I'm never ordering delivery from this location ever again!
