Kristen was the server of the day for our party of 2. She had more than three tables but our drink order was delivered quick. Meal was in front of us within 15 minutes, I asked for more salsa and didn't wait long for that either. Thanks Kristen!!Another Thursday morning visit and service was still great. I did not catch the you lady's name but she's helping me come back because of the continued outstanding service!

Terrible service. Ordered curbside pick up and waited 30 minutes over my pickup time for my order. Per website, I checked in notifying I was on my way, used site to check-in again letting restaurant know I was there waiting at my pickup time (which was NOT listed as an estimation). I then waited ten minutes after website said my order would be out soon. After ten minutes passed I called in and told them I was outside and the first guy I spoke with got my info and said it’d be 5-10 minutes more, but my order would be out soon (I had no problem with this). I even seen a man deliver food to the car next to me and not once check to see if I was still waiting. 30 minutes pass from my pickup time and still no order. I call again and speak with a female who took my info again, only to tell me it’d be another 5-10 minutes for my order, as they haven’t cooked it yet. At that point, I asked for a refund and she put me on the line with the manager. The manager was so rude and acting like I didn’t even take the proper steps to notify the restaurant that I had been waiting outside for the past 30 minutes. Needless to say, I will never go back to that location. Read the reviews before me, this location is not under proper management, seems disorganized.

The table was dirty, the seat was dirty, we were freezing under the vents, my daughter's eggs looked like snot, there was raw pancake batter on the bottom of my plate, the waitresses were rude.

This restaurant was busy when I went, and it could have been bad but the server definitely made a huge difference. Nothing went perfectly, but you can tell the place is understaffed and he was transparent with the expectations he set and made an honest effort.

IHOP deserves zero stars after what we received tonight. We picked up dinner tonight and received burnt food. It is obvious that the cook saw the burnt food and did not care to remake it. It does not take long to remake this food, especially since it is so easy and quick to make. Also, the hostess or whoever is in charge of putting to-go orders together also did not care because there is no way they did not see the burnt food while packaging it up. This is completely unacceptable from both people. Not only could you tell it was burnt but it smelled and tasted like it.The omelet we ordered was supposed to have onions and green peppers but it was not added and the meat was very dry.

I took my family for brunch on Saturday we had a party of 8. The Manger advise it's a 35 minute wait. There was another party of 8 ahead of us they were seated with 15 minutes. Several other people came in they were seated less than 15 minutes we know been waiting for close to an hour. I ask the manager he said its about an estimated wait of 45 minutes mind we been waiting close to an Hour! Then told one the girls to put us outside. It's amazing the party of 8 before us was able to be placed in the air-conditioning we sat outside! Then it took well over an hour to serve us. I can't believe how we were treated! There was room for us inside. The Manger was unprofessional no apology offered. The waitress was very friendly but that manager WAS HORRIBLE. We will never go back again

I ordered the Split Decision and pancake combo. The portions are very small. The pancakes used to be almost twice a large. The hash browns serving was a little larger than a piece of bologna. Both meals were over $13 each. Ridiculous! Also, the bacon was soggy. Small portions, outrageous prices.

No sweetener provided when asked for directly so I had to go request it at the waitress station, no salt or pepper on tables so they bring it in little go cups when asked for, no butter for toast, no spoon for coffee, service was ridiculously slow, room so cold I was shivering. What a disaster!!

I have not been to IHOP in about 5 years and I am quickly reminded why. The service is not only slow to take your first order but they also do not have the proper ingredients for a simple meal. And they wonder why their customer retention is at their lowest.

Too busy and understaffed on a weekday! The waitress brought us syrups in little to go packets and I felt so disrespected. I would have left but my 9 yr old boy asked to go. I left the 20% tip as normal but it hurt! No attention and no refills. I was missing an egg. She looked right at the plate and questioned the amount of eggs. They were over easy stop playing. 2 yokes is 2 eggs. Smh!
