Good food and service.
I am diamond member so when we had to ask to have the sheets changed because of a blood stain and our little dog found pills on the floor...not good. They did take care of things for us right away. The rest of the stay and the facility was great.
The employees were very friendly and welcoming. But the bathroom reeked of mold, I did not want to use the bathroom in my room. Breakfast isn’t included which is disappointing for the price. They didn’t have any signs to indicate that the cold breakfast wasn’t included. The waitress was very snippy letting me know that it was “a continental breakfast but not complimentary”
*NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL, INCASE YOU HAVE SOMEONE TRYING TO HARM YOU, THEY WONT DO ANYTHING NO SECURITY NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CAMERAS IN THE HALLS. BE READY TO FEND FOR YOURSELF INCASE SOMEBODY TRIES TO ATTACK YOU.* Noises past mid night, sounded like somebody was banging on my door and wall then i had to call the front for security yet no help. It was impossible to get sleep. When i asked about the situation the next day in the front she said “sorry i guess” and was extremely unhelpful and rude. Now i had to call the help line and yet nobody has reached out to me when they said someone would within 24-48 hours. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life and i’m making sure i’m not staying at another hotel by hilton in my life ever again.
I stayed here for one night in December I flew in for a wedding. I remember when this property was built as I used to live in the area at the time, so its an older property. The rooms need to be updated, the bathroom was very outdated but it was clean. The only issue we had was the morning we were leaving the housekeeper knocked on our door at 9 a.m. and asked us to check out so they could clean the room. Our flight home wasn't until after 12 so we intended to stay until check out time before heading to the airport. This seems to be the trend in many hotels lately, they are short staffed in the housekeeping department and they want to get started on cleaning rooms. I've worked for Hilton brands before so I get it, but I don't excuse it. I will be returning last weekend of January for another event, this hotel is well priced compared to other hotels in the area so I am taking another chance on it, this time for two nights. I hope they earn a higher rating this next time.
Very dirty room. Previous guests left several belongings on the floor in the room. Items were in the open. Clearly not cleaned by staff. Unknown sticky substances on the floor. Smelled of cigarette smoke
Terrible bathroom unclean, there were used towels in the restroom, there was an smelly odor in the room appeared to come from the carpet. The walls and doors were extremely dirty. I would never stay here again
Had to stay here a week before christmas, our home remodel took longer then expected, great service and made the waiting a little easier. The service was great and we were able to get a room right away.
Reservations were made for hotel name. Nice place. Walls are thin, very thin. Can hear neighbors, smell what they smoke. Coffee was not ready before 7am. Had to pay for parking in their parking lot. $10.
We enjoys are stay here felt our room was a very nice size with everything inside very roomy felt very safe and comfortable there we will stay again here for sure and live having breakfast there, pool and gym.
