Pizza was ok. Not enough sauce. The person who was making the pizza had her gloves on but was touching her phone and pulling up her pants n didn't change the gloves. Then touched the dow to make pizza. The dow was hanging over the plate and touching the surface and being dragged over. Was not senatery at all. I saw some customers pizza was burned ?.
I truly enjoy the chain Fired Pie although this location is absolutely horrible. My first experience was in the middle of the day where they were understaffed and an employee was completely out of uniform and in flip flops, it took 45 minutes to get two pizzas. I decided to return again tonight to give them the benefit of the doubt and they decided to close an hour early. Even though the door and online both say 10 pm and they were fully staffed, their response was sorry all that is wrong! Incredibly unprofessional location and corporate should truly get involved!
Fired Pi!! I can't talk about this place enough!!! They have gluten free AND Dairy free doughs, and have dairy free cheeses, so it's really an allergy friendly establishment!! Not to mention the pizza is cooked in a flame oven, like you used to see in the old brick ovens. Plenty of toppings to choose from, sauses, and they serve beer!! What more could you ask for?! And on a personal note, They have Pepsi products, which means they have my MTN DEW!! ?
I love Fired Pie but this location is awful. We come during the afternoon on some weekends and morale and people have the worst attitudes. You can see it amongst the workers towards each other and don't even want to help customers much. That's consistent. Came on a Friday night to hopefully avoid the normal depressing morale, and encountered the same. This time there was no line, a guy just making dough, no hi or acknowledgement, stood there for a few minutes, then the manager tells someone else to start to-go orders, and the lady huffed and rolled her eyes while we still got no acknowledgement. We left to go somewhere else. Have no problems with the pizza but the depressing atmosphere at the counter towards customers and each other, reluctance to help customers (at least pretending to be pleasant), and just looking like they don't want to be there keeps us away from this location. Unfortunately this isn't a one-off, we've been to this location in particular so many times and it's the exact same.
If I could actually give ZERO stars I would. This place was great when it first opened but it has gone downhill and i dont think there is any saving it now. The staff is incredibly rude along with the manager. We always order from this location at least once a month when my family comes over. One time we went to pick up the order and they were closed because of staffing issues. No sign on the door or anything saying if you placed a online order your money will be credited back to the card or anything. We had to bang on the door and finally the manager, who was was some young kid and extremely rude comes to the door and tells us they were closed and the money will be credited back to the card.I thought we would give it another try and what a bad decision that was. Again, we go to pick up the order and they didnt have it ready and we had to wait another 20 mins. They acted like it was no big deal and they sure werent in any hurry to get the order to us. Too many young kids with attitudes.Whatever you do go somewhere else and avoid this place all together. You will be glad you did. Not worth the frustration.
Not only did they make us wait far beyond the 20-30 minute pickup time for our online order, they also got our order wrong. I was missing 3 toppings on my pizza, and we did not get our side sauces that we paid extra for. Also very bland flavor overall.
Got 1 star cause It won't let me go lower.. Walked in and stood at counter for about 5 mins. The one guy cooking pizza didn't even turn around to see us. On top that couldn't keep his pants up. Finally a 2nd guy came out to help and was just a rude. No one smiled or seem to want to be there. Ask for what sauces they had was told they are right their. Didn't tell me what they where. Barely put sauce on it. The was just as rude when ask for topping. Thing I got 4 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of steak. Which was all very bland. Crust came out burnt and barely eatable. Been 2 years since I have been here and be another 2 till I come again. WORST EVER. Save your money and go to a gas station.
We used to love eating here and would order at least 2-4 per week because they had amazing salads. Now they don’t get the order correct, never have the items we order, and don’t even start making it until you show up at the time of pickup. Today they have no meat for our order! Go figure. The last 4 times we’ve ordered it has been wrong. Never again, don’t waste your money or time.
What a dump. The day after Christmas was the final straw. I will never return. Think about this. A trashy girl making your pizza, rubbing her nose inside her mask, then digging into the onions for someone’s pizza. Nice work. Also as soon as I walked in, the music playing was interesting, I heard the N word, and the F word multiple times while waiting for my food. 4 wonderful songs filled with that garbage, and there were only 2 people in front of me, now you have an idea of how long I had to wait with 2 people in front of me. Do not eat at this location, white trashy girls working there, are horrible, miss eyelashes was the worst, lipping the words to the music, and faux dancing while making pizza. Save your money, and time, go elsewhere. Hope that girl didn’t have Covid, that wiped here nose, then made the pizza, yummy.
Very good. I love pizza and have been really wanting to try Fired pie and I can say I was not disappointed
