This is the worst one you can get food at. Watch out I have had problems in the past with my debit card here. Extra purchases. And when i called to speak with someone i couldn't get a hold of a manager. The food is either small portions and look like it's tossed in carelessly or has a odd taste to it. Most the time the ones taking orders are rude. Any other one from this chain in the area is really good. But this one is horrible. Sad because it use to be good.
Convenient location, but comes with an added price. Every single time I've came here, my food was cold and disgusting. I love filiberto's but this location is NOT it. Went through the drive thru Sunday morning around 2am after a festival, the cashier was fine as she took our order but she practically slammed the window in our face after handing us our food. My rolled tacos were somehow cold and burnt at the same time. Every other previous time I've been here, the food was decent at best. Will be avoiding this location from now on.
Awesome! Everything I got was good. Nachos, chicken burrito, steak fries. All good! Recommended.
If you had to choose a different Filiberto’s please DO !!! Like i am so disappointed it’s not funny. The staff here 6/16/22 around 10pm-12am was absolutely a joke !!!! I had come after work because I hadn’t eat NOTHING AT ALL. And i was craving carne asada fries. When y’all think of carne Asasia fries y’all would think, a lot of fries and especially MEAT. These two are the biggest for me. So I headed to my job and opened it and started eating. They forgot to add EXTRA SAUCE !!!!! When I SAID MANY TIMES AT THE SPEAKER OMG! But while I was eating it, the portion was unbelievable small. Like What ?! The meat they put was 25/100 small portion on there !!!!!.. I had called them to talk to a manger but they wouldn’t be in till tmr morning , so a woman name CYNTHIA , asked what the problem was. I told her everything … it was so hard to understand her but she told me to bring my card in because she was going to refund. So I got out of my JOB to come over there even though my job right down the street just FOR Her tO TELL ME THAT THEY NEED THE CARNE ASADA FRIES , when I ATE IT BECAUSE I WAS STARVING AND USED MY LAST 15$ i had for this. She not only waste my money but MY GASSSSS !!!!!!!!! she did NOTHING to help the situation . Please don’t come here ,, maybe if you’re HUNGRY BAD BUT MAKE SURE YOU OPEN BEFORE DRIVING OFFD!! SO ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!?
The cashier was pretty nice and the food was absolutely delicious. Still steaming hot when I unwrapped my country breakfast burrito. And my root beer actually tasted like root beer! Awesome experience! Thank you.
The Buckeye Filiberto's off of Broadway and Southern does something to their bean and cheese burritos that makes them taste better than any other Filiberto's in our area!The Wednesday burrito deal, about $1.89 for a bean burrito, is absolutely worth it. One burrito is a full meal, they are huge!The only drawback is to add cheese it used to be $0.60, now has risen to over a dollar, and the cheese price varies from week to week . But it's worth it.
Everytime I chane my mind and come back here and order the normal Carne Asada Burrito they give me chicken after I have them repeat the order also no utensils with the rice im done with this location
Weak anorexic Carne Asada Burrito . Stop being so cheap and put some meat in your burritos, either way i wont find out, done with your skinny weak az burritos . Avoid this place go to dysart and camelback there is a federicos wayyyy better, NE corner of dysart and camelback
Driving through AZ we wanted something quick-and-dirty so we could get back on the road. The shrimp burrito was EXCELLENT. very tasty with the grilled onions and crema sauce. 10/10 flavor ?
