I liked the look of this place, decor, reviews, the staff were really friendly - it had a lot going for it. Unfortunately having picked up our takeaway the food was a huge letdown. It was huge - made me wonder how they do those quantities for the money - but then having eaten some…. No! Just awful quality - tasted full of MSG, badly prepared vegetables and low (low!!) quality meat. Pretty unappetising and no one ate more than a mouthful. Undercooked rice too - unforgivable sorry. Friendly, nice team though - I hope they can turn it around.
Love this place!!! It is a hidden gem, so never too crowded. Friendly staff and the food is amazing. Love to eat here often. The vegetarian options are great too. Pick up or eat in, never disappointed!
This place definitely needs more advertisement! Clean and soothing atmosphere. Friendly staff. The food is what shines the most, I think. You could go to other, corporate level Chinese food places and pay the same amount for subpar food, but you should go here if you want to spend the same amount for delicious food. It is rare that I pack my leftovers for later, but I definitely did that here. Very. Good. Food.
Worse service ever! Not only did she get our order wrong, she took my plate to the back and pretended like she fixed it while yelling at the cook in her language. The entire restaurant got awkwardly quiet and when she brought the food out, it was still wrong. She then took the other plate we ordered and gave it to the table next to us. The customers at that table complained because it wasn’t their order and she just picked it up from them after they started moving the food around with the spoon and brought it to our table. Last but not least, she charged $6.00 for a bento portion of rice with chicken when the entire plate of chicken fried rice was only $9 total. Never going back again!!!
Good food but not at a fair price. I've been there twice. First experience was good. We wanted this to be our new Chinese restaurant on our 2nd trip but after I saw they charged me $7 for each soda ordered was ridiculous and the upcharge for egg rice instead of white rice was a surprise. I know their prices went up but there is no need to spend $14 for soda. In addition, I didn't get what I ordered but I was willing to give it a try- poor choice. I should have sent it back. There is only one main worker and she did the job of 3 people which is why I didn't complain so I commend her for the work ethic. I won't be going back but I surely wanted to make it a 3rd trip.
Today was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The food we ordered was average. I had cashew shrimp that had maybe 10 shrimp and a pound and a half of vegetables. My husband ordered sesame chicken and probably had a pound and a half of chicken. So the portion sizes are kind of ridiculous. They had a help wanted sign on the door and there was one server for six tables plus she was answering the phone and assisting customers who came in for takeout. As a result we went without drink refills and one of the items we ordered never came to the table although thankfully we weren't charged for it. But the thing that irritated me most of all was we asked for fried rice instead of steamed rice. She did tell me there would be an upcharge but I have never heard of a $4 per person upcharge. I feel that that is ridiculous. A lot of restaurants will give you the fried rice either for free or maybe a dollar or two per person. As you can see from the receipt I have uploaded we spent $12 just to have fried rice. That's ridiculous and I won't go back to this restaurant again.
Far as Asian food on the west side I would stop here every time. Honestly the best Asian food is all on the east side of the valley. Fried rice and orange chicken where on point. The steak I got was over cooked and that was on me for not telling them my preference so just remember to do that as well cause they don't ask.
It was our first time, and it was delicious. Our new favorite place!
Incredible food! Little bit of a wait for take out orders but well worth it! Best Asian food in the west valley hands down. We ordered 9 entrees Christmas eve and everyone loved it. Will definitely come again
