The 2 girls working tonight ignored me when I first got there while working on a drive thru order. The customer service wasn’t horrible but the girl that was helping me was very monotone and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The main reason I’m leaving a review is how dirty this place was. I only really noticed the ice cream side but what I saw was gross. The waffle maker had a dried waterfall of batter hanging off of it and on the counter underneath it, the Carmel container had Carmel all over the outside of it. The wall behind both of these had splatters that looked like has been there a while. The floor behind the counter looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. Luckily I wasn’t going in to sit down cause from what I saw all the tables were dirty and floor was too. I know it was end of day but come on, clean up periodically through out the day. I will no longer be going to this location. Only giving two stars because ice cream was still good.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is horrible. The staff isn't welcoming, I waited for 30 minutes for an iced coffee. Even after I politely asked for my coffee status, I was met with an attitude. I wasn't the only one upset and waiting, a few others were also becoming impatient. Unfortunately I had to leave WITHOUT my coffee because I was now running late. Maybe some training in customer service would be good idea, I understand sometimes we are busy and people need to wait, and I don't mind waiting, but don't be rude about it.

Drive-thru is super slow, and they're not very welcoming. Tried getting a mangonada waited a long time for it, and it looked nothing like advertised. Basically a mango slush with a dash of chamoy and taqin.

I went there today and order a dozen and half donuts and two 25 count donut holes and a cold brew coffee and a refresher. The donuts were hard, but the drinks were great. While waiting for my drinks to be made the phone rang and a staff member asked the other staff member should I pick up the phone? If you do not want to answer the phone, why work there. The staff is not friendly at all and when you make something wrong you should fix it and not just it to the customer.

Got my order fast but man the people working there don't look like they are happy to be there. Ordered a refresher, it was literally the most disgusting drink I have ever had. And to add more to my awesome experience I got charged more. Sad because I was so excited for this location to open, don't think I will go back :(

The worst. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and that's what I got; except it was completely BURNT. I was running late and too far to turn back when I saw it but they could have just told me they ran out or something...

I went through the drive thru this morning and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. First time at this location and it was good other than the wait. I ordered two coffees, donut holes, two wraps, and a croissant sandwich. I meant to order a cold brew with foam and I ordered a cold brew so when I got up to the drive thru window it didn't have foam. I asked the young girl if I had ordered it with foam and she said no, so that was my fault but she said she could add it to my drink and she did! That was nice of her to do and it didn't take her long to do.

Update: so today I got the egg bites and they are super small, not like the pictures they show. SLOWEST service ever in the drive-thru. Please get autonomous labor, still horrible.The employees need to become efficient. I won't come for doughnuts in the morning anymore because I need 5-15 minutes to get them in a box and out the door. Also the last couple times I have been here the drive-thru is closed early in the morning and that is when it should be opened I don't know if this is because it is a new establishment or if they are understaffed for the morning shift but when I go inside it seems like there's at least three people so I'll try back in a month or so otherwise I'm going to go to bosa down the street. But for ice cream it's not bad if you're going to plan on sitting there eating it and just plan to spend more time due to the sluggishness of the employees especially if there's a line.

Been Mobil ordering for 2 weeks now and they still can’t get it together! Order at 6:26 drinks not ready at 6:39 again! 2 girls helping man at register and completely ignoring me! When I mentioned I had to go she said we have been busy….I was in parking lot for 6 minutes before and no customers there… in my 2 week mobile ordering run I had drinks right twice! Today I had to leave part of my order there that I paid for because I had to go! I understand problems at the register with a customer but it doesn’t take 2 people to handle it and my drinks were sitting right behind them ready but not on mobile rack! Then the one girl said hey sorry but your mobile order just came in…. But yet my drinks were already made??? Hmmm …Update…. I have mobile ordered 3 more times but at a later time in the morning and everything has been perfect! I will continue to increase stars as they continue to do better!Update… raising another star again! 3 more mobile orders and have been perfect again!Update… 3 more orders at the later time in morning and it’s so improved! This morning I mobile ordered and I went there pretty fast so I knew they wouldn’t be ready… one of my drinks was ready so I was waiting on second drink. The lobby was packed and drive through was super long and I had waited 5 minutes when one girl asked what else I was waiting for I told her and she stopped everything she was doing and made my second drink! Thank you! I think I’ll be at 5 stars very soon!

Drive thru was slow. Took awhile to get our order, hash browns were burnt. Breakfast sandwich was good.
