The food was alittle on the salty side. And the silverware..... ??♂️?♂️ I wasn't to happy about that. Hopefully after this post. They well throw away the rusty silverware.
My and I are from Las Vegas Nv. And we are in town for a baseball tournament. My wife check this restaurant online and we tried the food it was DA BOMB!! The whole staff was so polite, fast and they double check your order.. it's always coward with other families. It's a family owned restaurant, what we called a hole in the wall place. Well worth it ? to eat.
Really great menudo. The tortillas are awesome. Please use the red habañero sauce. I will definitely be going back for the BIRRIA de chivo!!!
Excellent food, low on carbs.. The Staff very friendly and Professional...My sister and I eat there every month for lunch... So get out there folks and dine at Don Pancho's.. YummmmGloria Killian.

Love this place. It feels like when you go to a friend's house who has an amazing mom/nana that cooks. Service is always friendly and the chips with beans and cheese are awesome. Never had a bad meal or experience! The meals are always tasty and flavorful.This is my regular Sunday breakfast spot!

Delicious food! Would definitely recommend ? The best that I’ve had in the West Valley. Smaller location, clean, friendly staff and there’s even outdoor seating as well. Only negative about being outside is the birds!
Came in this morning to Don Pancho Mexican Food and decided to order a menudo plate. The Menudo was as I would of hope for, delicious flavorful and above all the protein was tender. Also with hand made corn tortillas. Satisfied definitely will come back. Thank you Don Pancho
Their food is amazing and one of the better places to eat. Not as crowded and is a local/neighborhood favorite.
