The lady who answered the phone was really nice and helped calm me down after I got frustrated. That being said the reason for the 3 stars is simply because Ive ordered from them twice in 3 days and each time they miss something on the order. The first time it was a huge order and they missed all of the sauces and a Soda and the pasta. The second time they missed sauces again and the pizza I ordered for myself was inedible. Other than those minor issues its not a bad place.
I ordered some food and it was just a few minutes late, I didn’t mind, but I received an email stating that they were not satisfied with my delivery and I was offered 50% off my next order. Very happy with how they were concerned about my delivery. Will always order from here.
I like Dominosnpizza now. I use to not like it at all. I like gluten free crust. And the Pasta dishes as well as the sandwiches and the Cakes. I always order from here. 50/50 chance they'll get my order wrong. Lol. But its okay cause I like the pizza and they usual fix it.
Twice I’ve placed an order from this store and had issues but today I placed an order at 4:45PM and at 7Pm my order still had not arrived. I called and waited 40 mins to check the status of my order and no one ever picked up the phone. I finally ended up driving the store and was not even acknowledged for 10 mins, and then a worker finally turns over and says “if your waiting for an order chances are we haven’t even started it yet”
Food has always been good from this location. Unfortunately they haven't provided delivery service for weeks now, carryout only. Not sure how dominos doesn't offer delivery anymore.
What a bunch of incompetent people... curb side was a joke, after 30 min of waiting i had to go in... asked about ordering something and was told it would be an hour and a half. And their was only 2 orders in the oven, so what's your excuse for an empty oven...
Great staff friendly and helpful. And the pizza always cook perfect and the wings are delicious
This was a great place but the last couple of months have been bad , don't answer their phone and you can't order online , your killing your business and you used to be a good place , WHAT HAPPENED?
For the past 2 weeks our grandson Andrew has wanted Dominos Pizza. He saw the logo while watching Ninja Turtle movie. He tells my wife,”I want a Pizza with the dice on it. My wife Nancy had to figure out it was the Domino. For the past 2 weeks he has gotten a pizza every day. The staff welcomes him every day and even gave him a frisbee. The store manager met him the other day and he plays in the lobby while they make his pizza. One of the staff told a customer that the lobby was his. That really touched me in the feels. Ha! If I knew all of the names at the 107th Ave Indian School location I would mention them all. Thank You for making little Andrews day and blessing him by the treatment and service you give him every time! If you only knew his story you would truly understand. The Pepperoni light sauce and Alfredo Pasta for my wife is always fantastic. Keep being amazing! Cordially Michael Nancy and Andrew.
They keep you on hold "waiting for the next available..." while listening to their comershal, I waited 20 minutes and finally had my nephew drive to the location to find a note on the door (at 6 pm) that they were closed. Went next door to Safeway to buy a frozen pizza.
