Sierra the manager is a sweetheartMonica and Patrick were great too ? great food wonderful service we will definitely come back. The pot roast sandwiches, pretzel bites, cheese curds and mango strawberry drinks were all very yummy and very worth the price. The place is clean and the vibe was wonderful ✨️
Stopped in with a party of 4. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable about the menu items. The atmosphere was very nice. There aren't a bunch of TVs playing or loud crazy music. Restrooms were clean.We received most of our order on time, with the exception of 1 sandwich. There apparently was an accident when preparing it and they had to remake it. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't mind, but they insisted on bringing some fries while he waited and that he have a cup of ice cream on the way out. The young lady seemed a little nervous to tell us there was a delay, but she did a very good job.
I'd like to get the fish sandwich, the haddock I like the walleye but that's only once a year or so.. But I was a little disappointed the fish Patty seemed to have gotten a little smaller and it was a lot more bread, by the time I got my fish sandwich 13 min. my cheesecurds got cold. Was So looking forward to that fish sandwich and those cheese curds it had probably been about a year I have to say thumbs down too bad for me
The gentleman taking our order today (Glenn) impressed us so much we started writing this review while still in the drive thru line! He listened and had exceptionally good hearing! You could hear happiness and enthusiasm in his voice, he took our order quickly and accurately it was a rare and amazing drive thru experience!! (Plus who doesn't love Culver's cheese curds and rootbeer!?!?)
I love steamed broccoli but it seems to be difficult to find it properly cooked. It was perfect the cheese curds are also amazing.
Hmmm....That is a Tasty Burger! Not exactly a lunch break type place if you only have 30 minutes...But well worth the wait if you got it!
It was delicious we had the fish-and-chips. Their custard ice cream cone was nice and smooth very very delicious. And a plus the place was clean and so were the restrooms
Culver's is always good. The best butter burgers in town. Service is friendly and quick!
I went to pick up dinner at this location and it was fairly busy. This location has 3 spots to wait at once you have paid for your food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and did not receive my fries and I didn't notice until I got home. I was not going to drive back since I was hungry. I also ordered their mini pretzels which are delicious and their turtle ice cream which is also yummy. Not sure why they always make the ice cream order before you get your food. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order, the ice cream was already made and had been sitting there and was melting. I asked the employee to make sure that the ice cream was not made until I received my food order because it melts quickly. She said, "oh, okay I can do that for you since it is already melting " so I am not sure why they do this. The turtle ice cream has hot fudge which melts your ice cream quickly and if you get it before your food it is just sitting in your car melting even more. The picture of my ice cream is from when I arrived home and it is only a seven minute drive. Imagine what it would be like if I had taken the first one they had made that was sitting there? I know it had been sitting there for a while because as soon as the guy in front of me paid for his food, the drinks and ice cream were sitting on the counter. They did remake the ice cream and it was brought out with my food, thankfully. Their food is delicious, just feel like this is one thing they should work on.
Got a free meal at Culver's from a coupon. Service was great..did take like 10 min or more to make my hamburger. Worth the wait. Will come again.
