They have the most amazing gluten free waffles! I also can’t wait to try the gluten free granola! The espresso is great and its super cute place too!
The Coldwater Coffee House and Bakery serve the best coffee and waffles in the Historic Avondale area. Working from home could not be better without such a fantastic coffee place. In addition, supporting local businesses helps grow local economies and contribute to the environment. Local businesses have a smaller carbon footprint compared to larger companies.
I am almost afraid to review Coldwater because it's a hidden gem and I don't want to be crowded out. This establishment is a cute two story, yellow house converted into a small restaurant. They have their own garden in the back and work with local farmers. Homemade breads and treats. The ham, cheese and greens melt is blissful. Homemade, thinly sliced sourdough, grilled. Crispy perfection but still soft, with a chew. Simple ingredients done exceptionally well. Carrot muffins taste as great as they smell.

Customer service was great and friendly. Food was exceptional— tasted fresh and delicious! We ordered the egg&bacon bollo, a BLT sandwich, scones and Jamaica drink. Everything was reasonably priced as well. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone!
What a perfect little gem of love. Just go there right now if you're thinking about it. 3-5$ small Sammies of perfection. Holy smokes that coffee is good. Chandler roaster, and their own home made goods. Adorable little farmer's market inside too.
We came across Coldwater at the Park West Farmer's Market and took a chance on their sourdough bread. Glad we did because it's the best we've had in Arizona. We will back and definitely getting some more.
