Tables were dirty. Ordered a kids build your own, asked for greens rather than tortilla, girl was very stingy when it came to the greens. I said no to the rice so she gave me two sides of beans. Not what I wanted. I did get it corrected however.
My server today was very stingy with the rice. I am a regular at chipotle and am familiar with how much rice is supposed to come with each serving. I had to ask multiple times today for more rice, but still ended up with a half empty bowl.
For some reason, they are ALWAYS out of everything through all hours (sour cream, guacamole, all kinds of rice) and they are unable to make more..even if it’s the middle of the day. When they do have rice/proteins, they often look uncooked or not ready. Have to be careful here..
I don’t know the employee’s name but I told her I was allergic to gluten and took the extra precautions to make sure I had a safe eating experience. She was super amazing!!
First impressions included clean floors and tables, music volume was just right, and food line pace was moderate to moderately fast. I was not too impressed with the rice cooker as it was caked in char, needs a grill brick and some elbow grease. I did not see the grill guy trying the food but I would recommend he add more salt to the chicken. Tort station was clean, stocked and I was given a healthy portion of rice. It appeared each serving of meat was at or slightly above a 4oz serving so that was refreshing to see. The salsa station was where things got a little sloppy. When I first walked in while I was standing in the back of the line, I told myself I would order a burrito if the same guy was rolling as his skills seemed above average, his roll and tuck was on point. However, since the sour cream was not properly stirred, it came off the spoon in a big chunk instead of a smooth line down the middle. To compensate, he had to roll the burrito unevenly causing all the sour cream and cheese to gather at the bottom of the burrito. Poor initiation which led to mediocre ingredient dispersion. I think if it wasn’t for the double chicken the roll would have been easier but that’s def not an excuse. All in all, it’s not my favorite chipotle but definitely not my least favorite. The cleanliness was appealing but the burrito construction and therefore rolling was sub par.
Literally just ate a chicken burrito yesterday night with my girlfriend and now BOTH of us have had stomach problems all day today. We've both been throwing up as well. This isn't the first time this happened. Used to trust this place cuz I used to work here but, whoever's cooking the food nowadays isn't doing a good job. Not eating here anymore.
I really hope I don’t forget not to come back to this chipotle. It’s so dirty and my food was not ready on time. Last time I was here they didn’t have half of the menu available. I need to remember to go to the one in Glendale by the stadium. The Glendale location is on point! Food is always ready on time and amazing!
Probably one of my worst Chipotle experiences. The workers are rude, clearly don’t care about doing anything remotely close to a good job, and unbelievably stingy with the food. I got a steak burrito, and they quite literally put less than 7 pieces of steak in it. I asked for more since she was so stingy only to find out at checkout I was charged an extra $4 because I got “extra steak”, despite the fact the worker put less than what every other store location puts (on top of me never been charged extra for asking for more meat at other locations). In fact, I had the worker put more everything, and my friend asked for more everything since they were so stingy, but my friend was not up charged for “extra food” only my $4 extra steak. Complete and total lunacy, and easily one of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to.
We have been coming to this location for 12 years and over the last year the service, store cleanliness and food quality have slowly declined. This visit, which will be our last visit here, was at 4pm on 2/9/22, they were out of ice, chips, they’re flavored drinks and the chicken was old, dry and charred. They could have at least posted a not on the door to advise customers that they were out of certain items. In the lobby, the floors and tables were all dirty. I gave this location 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave zero.
Absolutely bad service I keep giving this place a chance. I placed an online order for pick up at 7:50 it's now 8:20 and I'm still waiting. Last time I ordered everything was wrong. The time before that I ordered and they called me 40 mins later that system was down that I would get my money back 3 to 5 business days and I never got it back. I noticed alot of Similar and bad reviews. I am never coming back. It wasn't like they had a busy store that I would understand they Literally at 2 times just standing there talking to each other. Then a girl came in and started talking I believe she used to work there but she started talking to the workers and me and other people waiting for out orders. Does this place even have mangers?
