This location is just a mess. Don’t know what they are doing. Drive thru young man was very nice the girl that was the runner I believe a manager was rude. What’s the point of mobile order if there is nothing available and last minute change your order. Just felt pressured to order quick and didn’t even enjoy my order. Will never go back here again.

Super super busy so everything was taking a very long time. Food quality is what you would expect from Chick-fil-A but today the staff seemed a little confused. Only downfall is how long everything took today

It's a Chick-fila. Never disappoints. Both my wife and I love this chain. They are well organized for high flow. Don't let long lines fool you. There's a reason for the long lines but I moved along and in less than 5 minutes at this one and scored a delectible hot meal. A blessing to be sure when you need good food and don't have a lot of time.

i never post reviews on anything but i ordered a large fry & i received this. ? not too sure how i feel about it. usually they’re good with their fries but idk what happened here. pretty disappointed!!!!!

While I love Chick-fil-A, this location is the worst representation of this brand. I had ordered the No. 9 Grilled Nuggets but received the No. 3 Chicken Nuggets. This might seem trivial to some, but for me, this is the difference between a good meal and excruciating pain for a week. I have Celiac Disease, an extreme allergy to wheat, which their Chicken Nuggets are breaded. When I called about the mix up, they apologized and offered to remake the order if I could come pick it up. This would have earned them a 3-star if this was the end of the fiasco, but it was not. When I came in to get the remade order, they confirmed with me what it was supposed to be and handed me a new bag and with full confidence said “Here’s your Grilled Nuggets!” One problem, they weren’t Grilled Nuggets, they were Chicken Nuggets. Again. So instead of having them remake my order a third time, I got a refund and left empty handed. When I called later and spoke to a manager, they said that this wasn’t the first time they had heard something like this and that it had happened multiple times. 1. Don’t tell that to a customer. You lose their trust in your abilities. 2. That means that you have poor management. While I’m upset with the staff for the issue, I’m more so disappointed in the management for their lack of training. Your staff’s success is dependent on your management’s ability to effectively lead and train. Don’t just look at your team members when dealing with these issues, look at who's leading them and you'll find the problem.

They forgot to give me 3 out of my 5 meals I paid for in the drive thru. I am stuck at work on a empty stomach for the next 4 hr and they won’t even cater the rest of my order. I called and they said the best the can do is send me a gift card.

CFA standard met for quality and service. Drive through can get a little hectic.

I've tried this location twice because I live nearby. Each time I ordered ahead expecting to avoid their massive line but they ended up baiting me into the massive line.This time they offered "mobile order express" well not only is it not express, when I got to the window after checking in and waiting in line for 15 mins (because I was blocked in) they had me park my car and wait another 10 mins to receive my food. I'm so disappointed with their lack of organization. We are two years into this pandemic, every other restaurant, even old school mom and pop shops are out of the growing pains of mobile ordering. Why is chick fil a still struggling to get it right??? The system doesn't work, please consider doing actual curbside mobile orders...

I went through the drive thru on 4/27 at 9:30pm to buy $50 worth of food and asked to purchase 1 drink at window that they didnt put on my order and they argued about it with me saying I had to go through the drive thru again. I had to ask to refund my whole order and the guy in blue shirt was about to but changed his mind and finally let me buy a drink it was ridiculous and he kept my receipt which is why I'm doing the review here instead of through my receipt. Bad customer service.
