Love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. I mostly use the catering service to order lunch for our work meetings. The catering rep Craig has been so helpful with those orders. It's my favorite place to order from. My family also loves this place. Something for everyone.
The food is very tasty and great for a quick lunch or light dinner. However, when dining in person their ordering system gets a little messy and customers as well as some staff get confused on what goes into what order. I think having a more organized ticketing system could benefit this location.
I love everything about this place. The variety of food, ease of ordering, watching your food being made from start to finish. The servers are always friendly and I rarely have an issue with the wait even when it's busy. I love that after I'm done eating, I don't feel stuffed to the point of exhaustion and I'm completely satisfied. The prices are fair and the inside is always clean. Been going for several years now and you've consistently been amazing. TY CZ!
Their food is expensive for the quality and amount of food you receive. $9 for a large bowl of soup that is more like a medium size, and it also does not have enough of what's supposed to come inside. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup and added my own tortilla strips at home. It is nice that they give you a piece of bread to go with your soup.
Do not EVER order online here. My husband went to pick up my food for me, and they had him waiting 20minutes for my ONLINE ORDER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY. They claimed it never went through when I CLEARLY have screenshots of a confirmation/charge on my card. And instead of assisting with my order asap, they continued to help the line as if my order wasn’t first/important. Mind you, I’m pregnant. Can’t be waiting for whenever YOU want to hand me my food. Ridiculous. I usually LOVE this location, but I tell you, WORST customer service ever experienced, on behalf of my husband & I. Don’t waste your time with an online order, just walk in. And even then, find another Zupas location! Avondale location not worth it.
I wish there Was jalapeños for the salad. However, Salads are good as Usual. The sad part about this location is that it’s to cold to sit inside and to eat outside, you are forced to eat with Trash. Be prepared to move trash to sit outside. Manager needs to be held accountable. I mean lets be real, there was even a gross rag on the table. Do better.
If you’re looking for a healthier alternative the food here is fresh, light, and tasty! This little café has amazing salads! They also sell soups and sandwiches.The average pricing for the salads go for about $15 to $20 depending the amount of add one you get.Perfect spot for a quick and light lunch!
Disappointed. I did not get soup. This is what a $14+ Make your own salad looks like. It was the size of a side salad in most restaurants. Not a good value and we won’t be going back.
Discovered this place about a year ago and I come here often. Lots of choices that are great. Worked my way through the menu and didn't dislike anything. Food is fresh and delicious. Free roll and chocolate covered strawberry is a plus!
