Today (Thursday) I went to BK , On the door it says that it closes at 10pm and the drive-thru closes at 11pm ., butI was there around 9.30 pm and the doors were locked and there were cones in the drive-thru ,.Eventhough there were two cars in both of the drive-thru lanes and then they just put the cones over there.And it's not like they were short of staff or something cause I can clearly see from the door that there were 4 workers inside . THEY even ignored when i knocked on the doorThis is UNACCEPTABLE . I am so disappointed. LIKE MAKE YOUR MIND, WHEN TO CLOSE !!! ???
Very rarely do I go but my kids go all the time.I go ..there is one car in front of me… I’ve had long day and want to eat so we order food and get home and missing food. I have to go back I try calling nobody answers I have to get back in line and wait til now 5 cars go before me…. I get the food and get home and now my food was cold… fries are stale and you can tell they re-cooked fries that most likely wasn’t sold earlier .. no apologies nothing they like get mad at me because THEY forgot the food .. I didn’t get to enjoy my food with my kids because they were too busy sweeping and mopping to attend the customer correctly
It’s Rare I post negative comments but since this the only Burger King close to my house and community, i give it a 1 star for lying say in their drive thru is open till 11 when they have it blocked off with slip and fall cones letting us know they’re closed 10 pm . Number 2 you can tell and taste that the oil is not fresh in the fryers and taste left out chicken nuggets and fries smh. Management please fix this thanks.
Empty drive thru and the lady is interrupting me while I'm trying to order as if they're slammed. Cut me off every time I opened my mouth and got my order wrong on top of all that. The fries I got were inedible, they had been dipped in the fryer a second time so they didn't have to make more but fryers don't work like that so they just turned brown and floppy. Like, if you're gonna be this bad at your job just let me know so I can go somewhere else on my way to work. I don't even mind, just don't charge me for a messed up breakfast and make me upset right before my shift. Why even be open if that's what you're gonna do?
Terrible place i swear everything that gets fried here is always burned or they used the oldest oil they could find lol i swear its like they are trolling you for trying to eat here. The worst part is how slow the drive thru moves its easily a 20 min plus wait if 2 cars are in line.
Would never go back to this restaurant again .they don't understand simple English and had to remake my sandwich 4 time before they got it right. Plus who ever does the training does a poor job because they are suppose to read back your order to make sure the got it right. If I could give them zero star I would.
We just had burger king I'm talking about the one on buckeye rd and Avondale Boulevard and there was parts of a cockroach in my wife's drink seriously disgusting I gave this place 1 star only because I couldn't give you anything less will forsure never go there again. We would eat here often only because it's very close to our home but not anymore.
I don't normally post negative reviews, but I was really disappointed & it wasn't the first time at this location. The fries & the food wasn't hot except for the nuggets, they were out of several items, & we were overall very disappointed. Unfortunately this location is the closest to our home. Btw, this commentary is for our experience at this location, not for Burger King overall.
Burger King has surely gone down hill. When your goal is to be a fancier McDonald's and they are beating you in quality, friendliness, cleanliness you need to reevaluate your situation. Ch'king was chewy, fries... there were not even filled. Ice machine was empty and the employee wouldn't even look at you to greet or take your order. Not one booth was clean yet lobby had less than 5 patrons. The parking lot/ drive situation needs drastic help like signs because you can easily get stuck waiting for a lost driver to get out of your way because you did dind in and they want to do drive thru. Used to be my favorite fast food but now they focus on gimmicks instead of quality, no need to come here or to any burger King anymore
This place is horrible. Not only do they take forever and orders are usually wrong. But they close their drive thru an hour and half early. Says open til 11 pm but they never are. Worst bk by far
