Worst ever. They have no change at all so they want to short me the change instead of them taking the shortage. The food isn’t that good and it’s way over priced anyway. I didn’t want horrible Burger King food anyway. It would have ruined my day. I never eat that junk anyway and the one time this year I go they want to rip me off even more. No thanks I’ll stay with whataburger freshness

They weren't busy. My bacon king was cold and didn't look like picture on menu. BK responsive on Twitter, haven't heard from the local management. 3 employees were sitting on counter when I went in; two were standing but it didn't look like a meeting. My wife won't go back to Culver's because of cold food and I won't be going back to BK for the same reason.

Weren't properly served or waited on, food sat on counter in a paper bag when we ordered din in ,and food was very cold also had to re-ask for our drinks.

The worst drive thru experience EVER! THE LADY DOING THE DRIVE THRU WAS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Besides the fact of waiting in the drive thru for 30 min while the cats in the#2 drive was getting their orders as they would pull up. At least 5 of them was able to pull in order and be in there Merry way. Finally, when I was trying to order she kept saying "is that it.." after every word I said so i only ordered coffee. My daughter got a crasaunt meal. When we got up to the window I had to ask well honk my horn and ask for straws and napkins. she was snooty. No receipt was offered. Then as we are pulling out we realize the tots was ice cold and her tea was so thick and we didn't know there was no sweet tea so I turned around and went in.. to my surprise the girl was on her cell standing over the warmer. It was terrible service.

We had to go through the drive thru late and it was open till 11. We went thru at 10:25-10:30 and no one answered. We knocked on the window and nothing. So I went to the main doors and the lobby was open, then they threatened to call the police just to ask about an online order. Terrible service. Hiding like no one was in there

Food was overcooked. Impossible Burger was not cooked properly. Dining room was very dirty. Soda spills on floor not cleaned up. Tables not wiped down. Ketchup dispenser empty. Fountain drink machine not wiped down. Garbage can had food spills on outside. Not wiped up.

I arrived just as breakfast was closing down. We were really looking forward to being able to pick up breakfast. An employee told us they had a few breakfast items left over and gave them to us. It was incredibly generous and satisfied our breakfast cravings. Thank you so much!

Should have known soon as I drive up people waiting for no reason. Get to order screen told to wait right away. A few minutes go by no one in front or drive-thru. Finally, order-pay get drinks told to park to get my food. Ok, no problem. Wait more Finally get food no sauces as was asked at the window fine. Get home. Should have looked in the bag more my faultMissing 1 of my burgers completely but got extra few chicken fries but not what I had fully ordered. Definitely make sure u check and have time to order ur food.

I really enjoy there quarter pounder. It's a Whopper without lettuce and tomatoes. I enjoy their BK its a mini Big Mac, lol. For My taste, I prefer Burger King over McDonald's ?

I’m just now seeing the reviews for this location and I can attest that they are accurate. We waited in line for a good 30mins the girls working the drive through were just rude and had terrible customer service. They couldn’t even give us the basic “ welcome to Burger King…” or “ thank you, have a good day/night”. I had asked for ketchup and never got it so we pulled in to the parking lot and gave them a call since the dine in was closed and as soon as the girl answered all she said was “ hello?” For a second I thought I had dialed the wrong number. Once I let her know what happened I asked her if I could get ketchup she said “ we don’t have ketchup.” So once again I thought I called the wrong number. I asked her what she meant by that and she said the shipment hadn’t came in. That was understandable due to how things are right now but even when I said okay thank you all she said was “ ah, ha.” And hung up. I’ll never be going to this location ever again. I really hope they retrain the employees with basic customer service etiquette.
