Pizza is great and the crew is great MINUS one of them. A Hispanic kid with dark hair & dark beard that is a full on creeper, my wife went there the other day and his attitude made her very uncomfortable that I had to come in with her the next time she went and OF COURSE the moment he saw us together he never looked towards her/us again for the whole time we were there so watch out for this weirdo. Beside that I love the place & the food but they only get 2 stars from me for hiring such a weird guy there.
Tonight was my first time trying this place. I have to be careful what I eat for personal reasons and was excited that the menu had custom options to build your own so I made it different. Needless to say, I didn't check the pizza before leaving I was in a hurry. When I opened the box and ate a slice it phased me that I didn't order red sauce or sausage or pepperonis I ordered chicken. Didn't get that got those two instead and I avoid red meat often smh. Wrong toppings and wrong sauce I wanted pesto my receipt even says the build your own ingredients I ordered on the top of the box! Toppings were missing and others were put on instead. I might try again but won't order online I guess. I am disappointed
The few times I've been here have usually been good. This last round I ordered online for pickup. Easy enough. I got to the store at the pickup window and found my order. I asked the employee nearby if this was everything and he said yes. So I grabbed my three boxes and headed home.I got home to find that somehow I was missing a whole 11 inch pizza. So now I had to waste the gas to return back to the store just to be offered my original pizza that had been sitting there getting cold for the past half hour.The employee remade the pizza without conflict, however this never should have happened in the first place since I did ask if my order was complete to begin with.Quite disappointing experience, but at least the food is good.
This is a terrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for my pizzas!Everyone moves slow and there is no organization at this location. Then while waiting one of the workers is filming for social media. To-go orders take top priority and those that come into the restaurant is an after-thought. There needs to be leadership at this location to keep structure. They dont even know who the pizzas belong to after cooking. The quality of service has tremendously dropped.
Seriously? I was in a hurry and didn’t check the pizzas when I picked them up. I get home and find 2 burnt pizzas. So many bad experiences with Blaze lately, it used to be my favorite place. Will need to start looking for a good pizza place.
Gourmet pizza & exceptional service. The gluten free pizza crust is amazing & the staff was very careful of my wheat allergy. It's nice to eat out & not become ill afterwards.
This place hasn't disappointed me yet, it's a great place to get some filling and delicious pizza. Choices are amazing from pizza sauce to toppings and everything is done right in front of you down to placing it in the oven.
Definitely one of my favorite pizza places with the multiple options of toppings and awesome staff no matter what time of day I go in
Literally the absolute WORST Blaze pizza I’ve ever been to. Super ghetto. One of the female employees made my food and when it was time for me to take possession of it, I let her know that it was not what I ordered. She told me they did not have anymore of what I wanted and just tried to hand me the food. I told her if they did not have what I wanted I should’ve been told upon ordering, or when they noticed, I should’ve been informed and asked if it was okay or if I wanted something else. It’s simple customer service. Any-who , they did not offer to make me anything else and just continued to act oblivious to the entire situation. It was either take what they were trying to give me or I wouldn’t get anything else at all. So I left without anything to eat nor a refund. The condition of the cafe was disgusting. Filthy!! No ice in the ice machine. No lids for cups. I can go on! Don’t think I’ll ever be stepping foot in this place again.
I give this place a 5 star if there was more I would give more I loved this place I'm from California and never had Blaze before but had tried the first time I loved it hot and fresh we will be returning back when we come out me and my wife this girl name Angie asked me evertime to make sure everything was okay and another girl older women and Alyssa was a great person she kept conversations with me all of them where great thanks Blaze pizza and me and my family will me returning back ❤ ♥ ?
