Coffee bar is always clean and presentable, the employees are fast and friendly, the quality of the drinks prepared are consistent and of great quality.--There is handicap parking and a ramp available for access to those with mobility devices.--A drive-thru allows for the convenience of ordering from the comfort of one's vehicle.--There are multiple methods to pay from cash to to debit card scan to apple pay.--There are a plethora of seating options available inside from bar stools with "form-fitting" design, to softer cushioned seats, to wooden chairs at tables to serve as a workspace.The price for the size of a drink relative to other coffee shops is not competitive, but the quality of the drink warrants the "average" cost of the drink.A reward system is available for those who find themselves returning to the shop. It's of the "buy ten, get one free" format. I don't recall if the system is relegated exclusively to drinks or if pastries are also included.A fantastic place with fantastic drinks.
You can not go wrong with making Black Rock Coffee Bar your new favorite coffee shop. Just do it already. They know pull impeccable espresso shots, steam their milk to perfection, and give friendly and respectable customer service. JUST DO IT ALREADY. I went inside because the drive through line was quite long. I stood at the counter waiting to place an order. Our of the 8 people working not one person acknowledged me; several made eye contact but didn’t even have the courtesy to say someone will be with you soon. They have wonderful coffee but the staff is lacking in basic customer service. I wonder how many other sales they have lost because of this.
I hate to give one star when I love the fuel energy drinks here. Today, I came in at 10:35 to get a drink and hang out inside to get some work done. When I walked in, NO ONE greeted me. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes to order, no one said “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.” It’s a shame when businesses fail to train their employees on customer service. But at the same time, it’s common sense. I would consider coming back if their customer service game was stepped up.
I wish I owned a franchise - and I'm mostly serious: a good product in high demand. I feel the prices have increased recently but the coffee really is a cut above Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. At a similar price point, I' don't know why you go anywhere else.
My order was a large iced coffee with 2 pumps mocha. It was $6.84. Ridiculous prices. I thought Starbucks was high, but this place is even higher. Will only go back until my gift card is gone, after that NO MORE.
I love their decaf coffee with oatmilk. A friend had it delivered. It was delicious still hot and I cant wait to have it again or try something new. They took great care to make sure the order did not wind up.spilled or messy.
Pretty good coffee, I prefer their coffee then Starbucks.
Service is great! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun, they seem to really enjoy working there. Must mean they have good leadership! The Mocha was great too!
Love this place! Was down here with my gf and she told me she loved this place so I had to try it. Was the best coffee drink i’ve had in a while! Love it more then starbs or dunkin and its cheap too! Employees are always super friendly and talkative. And once you buy three drinks you will get a free one! I recommend trying this coffee shop if you haven’t yet!!!!
