Perkup is my favorite coffee shop. Whether it's a London Fog or a Dirty Chai it always the pick me up that I need. Service is stellar no matter which location you find yourself at.

They were so rude. I thought they got my order wrong so I asked to have it fixed and then told me what to order instead the next time in a condescending tone, when they were re-doing my drink they were talking about me and I could hear them?? Very snobby and childish. If you're going to correct a customer at least do it kindly. I will be sticking to the coffee stand down the road.

I've been going there for 6 years and will go miles out of my way instead of going else where. And even if i did my dog wouldn't let me as he loves the dog bone service.Thanks gals your great

Really upset about my experience here. I’m not new to Perk Up, I know the menu and how my coffee usually tastes since I get the same thing all the time. Today, I went to get my usual order around lunch time which was pretty busy. I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot and a ham and cheese croissant.The gal who took my order was really sweet and efficient but the girl who took care of my order was just plain rude. She shoved the drink into my hands, causing it to spill on me and didn’t even apologize. Next, she handed my the croissant which was half frozen at the bottom. The coffee tasted AWFUL. Too sweet and WAY too strong. Clearly they added more than an extra shot as the color of the coffee was way too dark and tasted extremely bitter. I tossed the croissant and had to add lots of whole milk and creamer at home to fix the coffee.Extremely disappointed with this experience. Even more shocking, their manager was right there on site. I would have expected a bit more respect from the employee especially with their boss nearby.This is the first time I’ve gone to a coffee shop and didn’t tip.
Always consistent friendly and respectful, If you’re looking for a morning coffee this is the best place in town!
