I was looking for an "out of the box" place to order my husband's birthday cake, but there aren't too many choices around Wasilla, so this place was a gift! I love the easy way to order online, and the cake was a bomb! ? we loved it so much; great taste and presentation. I highly recommend this place to order your next cake.
My first experience here was a lemon blueberry silk dessert last week. It was PHENOMENAL and I was hooked. Came back for a second time this week and got a mango silk dessert (for me) and a red velvet cheesecake (for hubby). Again, so amazing! I'm super disheartened though that they said it's not likely they will have the lemon blueberry silk desserts again and honestly I'd invest in a half dozen.. waiting to try the passionfruit one and still want to try the Madagascar one and the brownie sundae one... and any other silk one they come up with. ? Excited to try the lemon lavendar cake and tarts and ... oh okay... all of it is so enticing... Just go try it! And just to add, I don't enjoy super sweet stuff as it makes my teeth and tummy hurt, but these desserts were perfect and gently sweet. They also have an amazing selection of gluten free for anyone needing that. They have really neat little items in their shop too... such cute artistic 2 wick cake candles.
Absolutely beautiful food. It's always on point, and they have a wide variety of food for people who are vegan or lactose intolerant. Coffee is good, and most of the art on display are local artists. Staff is always kind and patient. It's also a very friendly place for people of all ages:) I personally love it there, and I hope you all do to.

Though I understand the holidays are incredibly busy for the only custom bakery in Wasilla, my wedding cake consultation was cancelled by Mary the day of. When we were able to reschedule, she answered multiple phone calls during my consult without excusing herself. My cake was beautiful, but it did not taste like the trial did. When my husband picked it up he was not treated well, I wasn’t there so I cannot express exactly his frustration, but he was not impressed. Overall, I recommend going elsewhere.
Great pies and cookies, local with some great artistic products like paintings and raven painted tiles for gifts!
