They are horrible! I've been multiple times thinking maybe they will get better. But they don't. Didn't have chicken sandwiches, salads, fostys, or even forks. Plus you wait 15 to 20min to order only to be told they don't have what you want. I don't even know why they are even open.
Pulled into the drive thru line, 5 cars deep, watched after 10 minutes first truck at the order board move forward disappeared behind the building, then after another 10 minutes with no other vehicles moving I decided to drive off. The truck was the only vehicle waiting at the window. Yes the same truck. Another 8 cars were behind me at 1230 in the afternoon. If they can't handle taking more than one order in a 20 minute time span, I can't imagine how bad the food would have been.
Love the honey butter chicken biscut, but this place has such a long wait. The food is definitely worth it tho, I love the spicy honey butter additions theve added. By far my favorite fast food.
Extremely lazy & unprofessional staff.I'm a DoorDash driver and have been here often over the past couple of weeks, the staff moves very slow. They close the inside of the restaurant early every night now (around 6:30) and let the drive-thru get out of hand. Right now I'm sitting in a line of 11 cars while three employees are standing outside smoking cigarettes. The unprofessionalism is unreal, the manager is a joke.
Don't even bother. I went during my lunch hour. From the counter where I stood I counted 6 people in the back. There was 1 gentleman in line ahead of me. Took his order and left. 20 MI utrs layer literally, no one had taken my order. There was a gentleman in line behind d me as well. I finally asked for someone to come take my order and was told he had one more order to get out and then he could take mine. By this time I'd been 1st in line for 25 minutes and hadn't even had my order taken. I left without ordering and so did the gentleman behind me. If I could give them less than one star I would! And I definitely will keep my. Fast food business somewhere else! NOT going back!
Never ice cream enough, and I'm an ice CReAM FreaK... This been Going on for the last 6 Mo. $ +. .... Isn't this patient enough for me, get real. Tell your National H.Q.$. We tried to go for lunch. The drive through line was so long that we had to go elsewhere. If you only have 1 hour for lunch, recommend you go elsewhere. Nothing fast about this food.
Don't know how it happened but my order was correct, hot and fresh. Besides the 30 minute drive thru time it was great!
Hands down the worst Wendys ever. Ordered a double classic and got a single and the meatooked like it was from yesterday. Best fries is way overrated as they look and taste like yesterday's fries as well. Couldn't even finish the meal. What a waste of $23.00. Wouldn't go back if they offered me free food. Gave it one star because that was the lowest option..
I believe this may be an issue between Door Dash and Wendy's at least partly. A coworker and I have made 3 separate Door Dash orders for pickup. The first time we waited 30-45 minutes in the drive thru (as the app directs) and then were instructed to go inside where we waited another 20 minutes for our food. The second time everything went smoothly and i was able to pick up the order at the window (big order for the whole office). The third time was today. I waited in line for the window 45 minutes before being instructed to go inside where i waited 10 minutes to get a manager and then another 30 minutes for them to remake my presumably now cold order (for 2 people). I asked more than once for BBQ sauce and Honey mustard but didn't have time at this point to keep going back to correct things. The staff inside handled my anger fairly well but there is definitely much room for improvement.I am guessing they are very short staffed with high turn over...mix that with utilizing 3rd party services and it's bound to be difficult. Probably time to rethink how the place is run. It's definitely not FAST food.
