Filet mignon was delicious. Service was great
It was average food and over priced - but obviously a captive audience. about what I expected. Really only option
This was our first time here after living 20 miles down the road for two years. I'm not going to say that it's my new favorite fairbanks restaurant (but it may be).Bread with the meal was warm and the butter was so light and flavorful. Wife had Wasabi dressing on her salad which was kinda amazing. We were both looking for more things to dip on the plate to get every last drop. Bread, fingers, anything. She had the stuffed halibut and I was jealous. I had the seafood special. Halibut, langostino, scallops, some other stuff. So good. Apparently, another customer also loves it and management said that if you want to see something on the menu just let them know a few days before you go. That kind of customer service is about what I would expect after the wait staff was so helpful and attentive.
Absolutely love dinner here. Their pepper crusted ribeye was delicious and the fried halibut was amazing as well. Wine list was a little weak. After dinner entertainment in their bar was okay as well.
Pretty dang good pepper steak, nice place to stop in and check out.
Honestly, this is the best combination of fine dining and local atmosphere you can get. Locally owned. Family and friend operated. Steaks, seafood, pasta, salads, pizza's, desserts and extensive selections of wine and beers. And they still fit in live music on the weekends!
The garlic bread and mozzarella sticks are to die for. I had the prime rib and it was perfect!
Pricey but cozy nice and clean. Food was okay but staff were very courteous and friendly. They were super sweet while taking orders and serving them. The food was delivered little late but that's because it was freshly cooked.
Love two rivers. It's the perfect place in the interior to get the cabin in remote alaska feel, along with great staff, even better food, great prices. And definitely try the ribs. Smoked fresh daily
We went here tonite for our Christmas Eve dinner. The place is nice and rustic. The wait staff is very nice and sweet. Our experience was horrible though. The owner who was also doing the cooking could not stay in the kitchen long enough to cook. John was throwing the beers back at the bar and yelling at whoever was with him in the kitchen. It took forever to get our appetizer of stuffed mushrooms. They lacked flavor. The prime rib was over cooked and bland. The halibut tasted like it was frozen. I felt like I was on an episode of bar rescue before the make over. The bourbon menu was outdated and they did not have any of the bourbon they had listed. Was absolutely not worth the $130 we spent for our meal.
