I go here whenever I have the chance. I moved out of Fairbanks and into Oregon but still visit every summer and I lived in Fairbanks 11 years. This will forever be my favorite spot to eat, the workers are extremely nice and as far as i’m aware they all speak spanish and english. my go to foods there are asada special tacos or chicken enchiladas. the food comes out super fast and is freshly made (not out of the freezer) this place isn’t just loved by me but loved by my entire family as well.. Kind workers, amazing food, fastly served to you? Now what’s not to love!! Sadly I won’t be visiting Alaska very often anymore but I hope to come here whenever I do.
Delicious real Mexican food. I had the steak with rice and beans and tortillas and it was amazing. Personnel was friendly and helpful.
My friend took me here and we both had burrito con enchilada, and horchata, my favorite drink! I had it once when I visited Tampa,FL. it's kinda a rice drink, with a fragrance of cinnamon or.. overall,this place is neat and good for families.
Delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful decor. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food this is definitely the best place to go. We arrived shortly before they closed (didn't realize it) staff welcomed us provided excellent service and not once did we feel rushed to hurry up and leave. We sat down and ate our dinner and had a wonderful evening. Definitely worthy of more stars than five.
Me and my father went at 4:00 on a Sunday. When we got there the lady was exceptionally rude, she also missed half of our order even though we repeated it three times. They are overpriced as well. They charged $2.25 for 3 slices of avacado. The portions were beyond small. In conclusion we recommend no one attends this restaurant nor give them any form of support.
Everyone in our group enjoyed the well seasoned and cooked food we ordered. The dining area is so fun! Lots of Mexican memorabilia makes for a festive ambiance.
Great enchiladas, tacos, chimichangas, burritos and more. Their Carne Asada and Special taco are a couple of my faves.There's an Awesome salsa bar too! The roasted Jalapenos are SO good.The prices are excellent and they also have friendly service.Growing up in Cali, this is honestly not the best Mexican food I've ever had. However, the combo of great Mexican food and service makes Taco King my "go to" place in Fairbanks for Mexican cuisine!
Not a fancy restaurant, but the best halibut tacos, ever. Big, generous pieces of fish and very reasonable prices. Our favorite place in Fairbanks. Excellent rice, beans and chips and perfect flan. Homemade salsas, too. Mostly take out, due to Covid but you may eat there, if you like.
Completely surprising place. What you call a hole in the wall. This is one GREAT taco place for your visit to Fairbanks.Don't expect to find many different options...this is TACO king so expect to find GREAT TACOS and TACOS is what you're looking for!Quint little place that offers very good tacos, help yourself trimming, and horchata. This is hands down the best Mexican food in Fairbanks. I loooove their special tacos with steak, but pictured here are the halibut tacos, they were also good. Service is always fast and food is always delicious!
