I LOVE this Starbucks! I often will order on the app for pick up on my way to work. The Baristas are ALWAYS so sweet, professional & upbeat. When I go in to pick up my drink, I am greeted by one of the team with a cheerful "hello" and when I'm leaving, I am leaving with a "have a nice day!". Thank you Starbucks for having polite, customer service focused Baristas! Keep up the good work!

Consistently closing at times earlier than what's posted on their schedule without any notice to customers, not reliable, if they are understaffed, they need to raise pay to attract more workers and stay competitive.

Just a psa announcement when Starbucks charges your card 3 times when you only ordered once they won’t refund, and the managers are so rude and unprofessional. When you get a drink for you birthday you don’t expect to spend $45 on one drink. And when you ask for a refund they laugh In your face. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Employee didn’t even want to help solve the problem just deny swiping my card 6 different times and charging me.

Apparently it’s okay for Bentley Mall Starbucks to charge your card three different times and refuse to give you a refund. They were very disrespectful and told me that my car declined every single time when in fact they were actually charging me each time. I ended up paying once again with my Apple Pay because they wouldn’t let us leave. Tried disputing with bank but they want to change me $25 per dispute. So either way I’m losing almost $70 on the whole process. Will never return there again.

Interesting location of course. Can't understand why they wouldn't have a dark roast going at 6:30a.m. nor why the coffee I did get wasn't more than lukewarm. Still, it makes for a good walk from the hotels to the north.

We’re visiting from Colorado and walked the 2.5 miles one way from our hotel to visit the “northernmost Starbucks on the planet.” When we arrived at 9am, the doors were locked. It was posted on the door and on the Starbucks app that they opened at 5:30am. The drive through was open, so we asked through the drive through window if the dining room was open. They said it wouldn’t open until noon - a three hour wait, and we needed to check out of our hotel at noon. Very frustrating. We went to the other Starbucks on Geraghty Avenue (nearer to our hotel) the day before and it was open. Why the difference?Anyway, we ended up going to the Starbucks in the nearby Safeway. First world problems for sure, but still very annoying.

Decided today Starbucks is no longer for me. I asked for a light iced venti drink, pulled up to the window paid almost 7 bucks and was being handed a venti drink missing about 2 1/2 inches of the beverage. I asked for more milk and was told the drink would not be full because I requested light ice. If this the case, why not mention that at the ordering screen or not charge the customer for a 26oz beverage you do not provide? This is not worth thr trouble or money at this point. I'll take a few more minutes at home and make my own.

The workers here are all so amazing. Every time I go (which is pretty much every morning) they are always so friendly and always ask how my day is going. The store is clean, the drive thru is quite fast most mornings. I like to mobile order here too and my order is always ready in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for each worker because they really just make my mornings. This is my favorite Starbucks out there.

Love it, always happy staff, love visiting. Alway purchase customer order behind me.
