Starbucks coffee went down the drain. It looks like they are using cheaper coffee which basically tastes like tea. First time I saw there was something wrong with the store in California. But same quality in Alaska. That was my last Starbucks coffee ever after 20 years of satisfaction. This is classical business pattern. Make money in couple years before customers realize that the quality is terrible and stop buying the product and than the brand bankrupts and disappear

The laby made my white chocolate mocha way wrong didn't get the six shots of espresso, had her remake it and she used the same cup. Never again.
