Well let's start with need to listen to what's being ordered. And ask if the order is correct. And the kid handling out food in the window should atless look out the wind when handling stuff out. And for the meal. Only thing right was the drink. The tots were cold and this new burger was warm and burnt. This is why I stick to the hot dogs there most of the time....smh
I love Sonic! Always have, always will. Are they the best tasting all the time? No. Are they the fastest service all the time? No. Go for the drinks and the ice and try something new!
Waited 10 minute for someone else to acknowledge we were waiting to order at one of their pull up screens. We were never acknowledged and left.
Basic no flavor food, tasted like cafeteria food. Dirty floor in dinning room my shoes stuck to the floor.
I love you sonic. I wish I was exaggerating when I say this, but this place has the best food that I think I’ve ever had in my whole life. I’ve gotten sonic here in Fairbanks approximately three times and they have never failed me once. I always order a cheeseburger meal- and everything on it it’s very very fresh. The onions are crisp and cut perfectly, the tomatoes are ripe and are anything but soggy, perfect amount of mayo, perfect amount of ketchup.The french fries, don’t get me started on the french fries. They are crispy!! they are never over cooked, never undercooked, they are the perfect level of satisfying crisp and they aren’t overloaded with salt to cover the flavor.I don’t even like pickles on my burger, but YOU sonic, make me like it.I think it’s safe to say that every single piece of food that comes out of this restaurant is made with hard work, and most of all, LOVE.and by the way, the cinnamon sticks are to die for. They are perfectly crispy and sweet and taste like you’re making out with heaven.Sonic also always make my limeade right. Just enough lime to taste like you’re on a tropical beach, sipping on the horizon.I love you so much sonic. I will always come to you when i’m at my lows, and you will always be there to lift my spirits. You make me remember that there is still good in this world. I love you.
The lobby was closed when we came through. But from what I could see through the Drive Thru window, it was extremely clean. The customer service was exceptional and we received our order very fast!
This place has the slowest freaking service in Fairbanks! takes a half an hour just to get up to order your food. S L O W!!
Amazing now since there's practically no line that goes into the street. Fast and your food is hot and ready. Just wish it would get more love.
Extremely unprofessional, food takes forever to be delivered and to add to the wait it tastes like it's been sitting out for 3 hours. Managers act like they would rather be anywhere else and couldn't care less about taking care of the customers. I've been here a couple times hoping it's just a few bad apples and not the whole store but everytime I get the same treatment and bad food.I've spoken with the managers and all they can give are excuses after excuses and make you feel like it's your fault "you came during one of our busiest times" etc but credit where credit is do I did get to speak with one manager, I believe his name was Michael (tall, slim guy) very nice, when I told him my issue he apologized and replaced the food with no excuses. Sad to see a hard working young man's work get overshadowed by the sheer carelessness of the rest of the employees there.
They have lied to us before about not being able to put on military discounts after check out. Later on, reminding my husband to do it before while ordering, the lady left before we were able to ask. We were then told by another that they have to put it on when it's asked even after ordering at the window. ? One thing I do have to say is that the taste between sonics do differ. There was more flavor here at this sonic than the one where I am from. More coconut in the ocean water than sprite, loaded up on condiments etc etc.
