Looks like a hole in the wall. Well...it is a hole in the wall. But the pizza tastes good. WAY out does the decor. Don't worry about what the place looks like, just enjoy the food. It is worth it!

Do not go here. We went because we could walk there from our hotel. We intended to eat in the restaurant, but when we saw how dirty it was, and noticed it was NOT air conditioned, we changed our mind and did takeout. They store big bags of flour in the dining room. They also had a vacuum cleaner in front of the counter. We were the only ones there at first. It took 45 minutes for 2 calzones to go! While waiting, 4 other parties came in. One had ordered ahead and was told it would be 5 minutes yet. He replied that he thought it would be ready already. He was still waiting when we got our food 15-20 minutes later. Food was good. Service was slow, employees were not friendly, then there was the awful state of the dining room. Cross this place off your list!

We are visiting Fairbanks at the end of our long awaited land portion of our 14 day Alaska cruise tour. After a full day of sightseeing we wanted to just order in to our hotel as we prepare to fly to our cruise port city tomorrow. I found Sicily 's Pizza using Google. There were some decent recent reviews and they were very close to the Westmark hotel where we were staying. The order prices was pretty straight forward but the advertised 10% discount for delivery did not deduct. There was space for comments so I requested paper plates and napkins be included with the pizza. After paying by credit card a pop-up informed me that my order was placed and that a confirmation email was sent to my email address and to call if I need confirmation or had questions about my order. I checked my email multiple times and still after two hours no email confirmation was ever received. I called to confirm my order was recieved and that I also requested paper plates and napkins. The pizza arrived about 45 minutes later. The delivery driver did not have the paper plates or napkins that I requested. He stammered having no answer as to why he didn't have them. He said he would bring me some right back. He never did. The pizza itself was pretty good. The service on the other hand left a lot to be desired...I sure wish it was second nature to these food delivery companies, especially pizza when delivering to hotels they should realize you have nothing to eat on...

We were staying at the Westmark Hotel and didn’t feel like going back out after our riverboat & gold dredge tour so we ordered a large calzone & drinks and had them delivered. The calzone was very tasty and the bread not too heavy.

The pizza ? was extremely delicious ?? I love it!!!?❤️ The facilities were very comfy and the customer service was excellent. The waiting time was not long. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed the lasagna plenty of sauce made that so delicious! The wait was not a problem for me because I was aware and fine with it and it felt pretty quick for my order to arrive, delivery guy was funny and there was no customer service issues with the lady on the phone.

We walked to this pizza place from our hotel. Pizza was great and the crust was awesome. Love the owner! Super friendly and accommodating. Only lost a star because I want fresh Cesar dressing on my salad. Definitely recommend this place.

The pizza I have ordered from This place overall have been okay lately few times I ordered the Popeyes and gyro pizza which was sometimes missing the feta cheese and other few times some ingredients which I told them at the store and they were quick too fix it and send a replacement but the call center has been a bit rude and she was really unprofessional now that is not the pizza place fault that’s for someone who is sitting right next to a computer and doing that. CGee and didn’t even have me her name but it’s Saturday morning 2:5 when the order was placed. Let me know who it was so they can get retrained

Hopefully mine was just a one time thing…the online ordering was simple and quick; pizza and chicken wings. ETA was 45 minutes. The woman I spoke with to update the order status an hour after I submitted the order, was not so quick and easy. I asked how much longer, she replied as long as it takes they are busy on Friday nights. An hour and half went by and I asked to cancel the order, she replied no refund. About 10 minutes later the order arrived. It had cooled off, pizza wasn’t really flavorful and the wings weren’t cooked all the way through. As a first timer and a $38 meal, I wouldn’t go back.

My favorite place for pizza to go place in fairbanks. It's open really late and that's convenient if you are on 24 hours detail or getting off late to go home. Staff that work are really polite and attentive.
