First time coming here and I really wanted to try the Reindeer Burger! I've never tried reindeer meat so I did not know what to expect.It was very interesting. I would not say it was bad or particularly amazing just very different.Almost gamey. I think I would get chutney on the side as it tasted very sweet on the meat. Otherwise the flavor was outstanding!!!! Now the fries were just amazing. Burger bun was also very high quality. Overall I would say I enjoyed my meal.
I had a large Caesar salad, no protein. My family loves this place, and the booth was comfy. Great service, not busy, nice and relaxed atmosphere. They didn’t serve breakfast at 12:30pm on a Sunday, not that I could tell from the menu.
Awesome place to eat in the hotel. Steaks are their specialty and taste incredible. Bartender does a great job too. Get the Northern Lights drink.

Have had two meals thus far during my stay. Very impressed with both. Staff was great. Would recommend to anyone.
Overall, pretty good; decent sized menu, comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly service.The crab mac and cheese had a bit too much bread crumb on top for my liking. The rockfish tacos were not my favorite, but very tasty all the same.Prices are actually pretty good compared to typical Alaskan restaurant costs.I would recommend this as a dinner stop for anyone staying in Fairbanks, AK.
Crab Mac n cheese was great. Great salad, and the lava cake was delicious. I should have had ice cream to balance it out.
