Amazing coffee! It's a must try for a different experience. The spices in coffee are just great. If you don't stir it, the first cup is really good with mild amount of spices and the second cup is heavy on spices. So you get a ramp up on spices.Pita was good as well, a little salty for my taste. But still quite tasty.
This the best falafel I’ve ever had. In all the years this business has been open, I have never had a bad experience. Always delicious with friendly service and a great atmosphere.
Had a classic felafel pita here recently and was expecting something amazing given the crowd and long wait. Unfortunately the pita was a letdown with tasteless pita bread, soggy felafel and apparently no tahini. Maybe I needed to request it? Not sure but overall I wasn't impressed. A long line of cooks assemble the pitas as they are ordered but none of them are wearing masks. But they happily talk while making the sandwiches. Have we learned anything from covid?
Good food and wide non-alcoholic drink selection. Lots of outdoor seating and some indoor space. Perfect quick lunch spot. Also enjoy the oversized chess board and Connect 4.
I was not expecting a Falafal dining in Alaska, being from Michigan which is the hub of Falafals,and used to eating them they are doing real decent jobs in making vegetable Falafal sandwiches. The host are really nice and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. They have only outdoor seating which is nice. Overall good place to take a snack on your way to Dinali.
Falafels are fresh and exploding with flavor; local blueberry kombucha is a must try; day old pitas available are great quality/value; lovely outdoor dining soaking up the midnight sun

Amazing falafelThere was a long queue in front of this restaurant waiting for falafel. That’s how we knew we were at the right place for lunch.
I'm actually relieved I'm not from Fairbanks and only visiting on business because I would smash this every day if it were in my area. Phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and quick as well.
